Relaxing and RejuvenatingI stayed here for a few days, and it was absolutely perfect! The lodge was surrounded by nature, and my room had natural elements with the stone walls. The shower was my favorite feature because it felt like it was an outdoor shower. The breakfast, dinner, and lunch were delicious (after a few days it get repetitive, but I'm a foodie). The service was friendly as long as you are, and I was very happy. Because there was no wifi in my room (only in the common area), I did a lot of reading and relaxing in my room. Knowing that there was a private pool in my backyard was nice to look at even though I didn't use it. Even though the mosquitos greeted me upon arrival, I would definitely go back! There were also ducks, chickens, and a dog (all adorable). I wanted to be surrounded by nature and that comes with the good and the bad.

Good concept but need to be well kept!!I booked the lodge on seeing those beating pictures on its website but we were surprised to see the state of the room. Firstly the girl at the reception was very unfriendly and talked less. Hardly explained us the location. I was disappointed to celebrate my husbands birthday there. I even asked for a birthday cake but nothing. (A cupcake with a candle would have suffice). 1st day spent was kind of wasted. 2nd day we had to ask them to switch on the pump to be able to enjoy the pool. The pool was dirty. But what we appreciated as an animal lover, Farata the dog kept us company. Overall the other staffs were friendly and we enjoyed the fish spa on the last day.

An interesting idea, but requires perseverance if it is to thriveVisited to assess the establishment. It is most rustic and fully local in decoration, food and welcome. The place next to a river is quite nice. There is a small fish spa. Eating is under the verandah. Unfortunately the owners have not taken advantage of COVID to improve the surroundings. Less than 2 years old, the place gives a slightly weary look. There are several standard and superior rooms. The superior rooms have a small pool and a small private garden.

Heaven turned to hellGreat location and architecture ruined by very very poor management! The location is great! The scenery could have been described as heavenly, however an experience ruined by poor management and almost inexistent maintanence... Booking process isnt good. One can book only between 9 to 17hrs... call before or after that and you will be asked to call back. Parking is small and unpaved Cleanliness is a mess Room was dirty, reception was dirty, dogs walking around freely Spider webs in all around the room. Bedsheets were not clean Door locks and handles were broken Fish spa is actually a bench and a small aquarium. The only AVERAGE thing was the receptionist who was friendly. This "lodge" is understaffed, no uniform to be able to know who is working there, who are guests and who are people just roaming around cause there are no security at the gate to control who comes in or goes out. It somehow seemed like the cook was also the one doing the maintenance. Too bad that such a wonderful place has been ruined by poor management. This place in highly NOT recomended.
