Excellent value and customer serviceAlthough my son and I arrived very late at this property in Chumphon, the kind owner / operator made us feel wonderfully welcome. The next morning, she directed us to a nearby restaurant that sells wonderful 'jog' (rice porridge), as well as local coffee and doughnuts. The rooms here are basic, but comfy and clean, while the rates are reasonable, too. All in all, this was a very positive experience; I would highly recommend this place.

Very sweet owner, great value! We stayed just for 1 night. Our room had a/c and a fridge and 2 free water. The room and bathroom are very basic but clean and good. The lady who owns the place is very sweet and helpfull. When she heard how much we paid for our taxi to the guesthouse she insisted to bring us with her own car to the trainstation. Very good guesthouse for a short stay.

Sweet little spot!We arrived on a late train from Bangkok, our hostess was waiting for us after a quick taxi ride from the station. Impeccably clean room with 2 waters waiting, bathroom also very tidy. Bed was harder than most, but we slept fine! Many local vendors on the street for breakfast, don't miss the local donuts and jok, so delicious! Our hostess arranged for the ferry service to pick us directly from the guesthouse. Wifi worked great! I would definitely return to Natcha.

Arachnophobia! The price was right (500 baht per night), the lady boss was friendly and nice, and the basic room functioned, however... The room was infested with insects. There were hundreds of large mosquitos in the bathroom, some of which found their way into the bedroom. The end result is that I was badly bitten and suffered a very painful and enduring allergic reaction. It seems that my next door neighbor had a similar experience. This can ruin days of your Thailand trip. Don't do it! Also, there was no free breakfast and the front gate was locked by 10pm. I rang the doorbell 100 times before finally someone let me back in.

Simple but GoodI stayed here for two nights and while the room is simple, it works well. There is a tv, free water, and a decent bathroom. Odd that people saw bugs/Mosquitos, because it was incredibly clean and I didn't see one bug there the whole time. The best part of this place is the owner and her son. They are both incredibly nice and booked three different buses for me - two to and from the airport and one to the train station. I appreciate all of their help, especially as a lone female traveler! Thanks for a pleasant stay :)
