First place we found and it was fineA clean room, easy check-in and a good breakfast is what we got along with good service. It was along the way as we headed toward Xanthi and rather than driving into the darkness, so we stayed here. There's a central courtyard, wifi and a pleasant atmosphere at this lodging.

Run down place
This is more an on the road motel outside of the city. A strong smell of dump and smoke for welkoming. The rooms need a full extra renovation. Dirty carpets and old furnitures. The elevator and the dining room where the only two good spots in this motel.

A very good choice for a Hotel just outside Xanthi TownA lot of space and a very big parking the first thing you notice.(Free for Hotel guests) The Motel looks very well maintained at first sight and the lady in the reception quite friendly,She gave us a room in the back side of the building so there was no noise at all from the motorway , we really enjoyed seeing a lovely garden. The room was of normal size with all the amenities provided including aircon and TV. The bed was big enough for a couple to share but the mattress was exceptional really. They have Coco Mat mattresses in all rooms as they also advertise and this is the secret for a fantastic sleep. The motel as we noticed was very clean and well managed and staff very friendly and professional. We price we paid was fair but we would except breakfast to be inclusive in that rate. If you are in the area, stay in this motel ,you will enjoy a good night sleep.

Mediocre.Nothing special, a mediocre hotel. Old rooms and fashion. The toilets are miserable. Definatle I don't recommend it. PS Although they mention that they have WiFi, I personally did not find it for time a stay there..

The day a plane load of people descended on the Motel NatassaWe were on a Thomas Cook holiday to Thassos and had been taken to Kavala airport for our return journey, the departure time kept getting pushed back and by checking on Gatwick departures we could see that the plane that should have been coming for us was still on the ground, eventually the rep told us that we would not be going home till tomorrow afternoon (went down like a lead balloon) and that they had found a hotel for us all, could we collect our checked in bags and get on one of three coaches. We arrived at the hotel about 45 minutes later and formed an orderly queue (we're British) to check in, we were put in a room on the 2nd floor which we reached by the single lift, we had two single beds a television, refrigerator and a bathroom, wife immediately declared the bedding and bathroom clean. The bathroom would have been excellent 20 years ago but it was looking very tired and had a very low ceiling, the hotel however had provided shower gel and shampoo. The main room had definitely seen better days the curtains were difficult to close which you needed to do to cut down some of the outside noise, the hotel is situated on a busy road where the locals seem to enjoy making as much noise as possible as they could. The room did have air conditioning which seemed to work quite well. The following morning an excellent buffet was provided for breakfast. The whole hotel has seen better days and is in need of major refurbishment, the few staff around were friendly and efficient. All in all they did well to accept the sudden arrival of some 200 people and be able to feed us all the next morning, I feel it is the sort of hotel where a 1 night stay would be enough. We eventually got back to Gatwick 32 hours late.
