  Not suitable for tourists..

  This is an average property. Sure, it is cheap but then I'd say there are too many inconveniences. First and most importantly, you need to note that finding this place using the address provided on the hotel website took us nowhere - either no search results or to the wrong location. (Just in case you have already booked this residence, it is along the same main road as chateau hotel. You keep following that same road until you see a police station and look out for the signboard on your left) When we checked in, the person in charge was not there and did not know that a booking was made but no fuss anyway we were settled into a room immediately. There is no lift to the second storey in case you have heavy suitcases from a long trip, you might want to separate the items you need in a smaller bag beforehand. First impression of the room was that it was very clean and well maintained. A small peeve would be that the toilet roll in the bathrooms had less than 1cm left of the roll; The tissue box had less than 20 sheets left in it. It wasn't replaced when the remaining roll was used up. Of course I'm sure if you asked for one they would gladly pass it to you. FYI The rainshower in the tiny cubicle will not accommodate anyone above 175cm as it is fitted directly above your head which cannot be moved/adjusted. If you need hot showers, this is also not the place for you. The water only went as "hot" as room temperature or warm at max. Acceptable for summer but we were there during winter. Good points to note are: - The room is huge. You get a separate toilet in the living room area. There is a kitchenette but you are instructed not to use anything other than the fridge and the kettle. - The environment is serene. Generally in Thailand you get good value for your money. This one just offers exactly what you pay for so I wouldn't come back.

  Cheap price for luxurious stay

  Amazing experience. It's a must go, but you will need a car to reach there. We've rented a car and enjoyed our stay at this residency a lot. It has everything. Though they do not allow to use the stove but they will give you microwave (on request) to warm your food.

  Crooks!

  I stay for two weeks in December and upon arrival I have to pay for an additional 2 days because I shipped my luggage before my arrival and they put it in my room. I asked them before I came if I could ship my luggage, and I never asked to have it placed in my room, and they never mentioned that there would be an additional days room charge for the luggage. Many Thai business want to provide a good quality service for their guest. Other Thai business only want to take as much money from their guests as possible. NaTaRa is the former. I will not be back.

  cool design

  beautiful new condos. but cleaning service not matching the hip cool designed architecture. and not very close to anything. more for long term home than short term stay. however there is the best coffee in all of chiang mai at asama cafe, right on a small lake.

  Beautiful Condo

  The place is more like a modern condo. Clean and nice. It is far from Old city so you need a vehicle to go out. I suggest to rent a motorbike or car. The place is near to the airport. Good option for long stay
