Family wedding
Lovely clean hotel. Alma is fantastic who looks after the bar and pool area. She is a very welcoming and kind lady who has excellent customer service skills. This lady works hard. The hotel is near to the beach and restaurants and the breakfast is more than adequate .Help yourself to Cereal, toast,croissants,pastries, scrambled egg, omelette, boiled eggs,sausage,ham,cheese,jams,fruits,coffee, tea fruit juices,more than enough. Pool very clean and well run hotel. Air con is 50.00 euro a week but worth it.

Rotten experience. Literally.
My two friends and I stayed at Hotel Natalie for a week in September. Hotel has a great location and is very close to some great bars/restaurants. However, when we arrived at our room the door and windows were left wide open and we found this highly unusual. We were being assisted by our rep who went into the room and noticed a very strong and pungent smell. It smelled like a vomit and sewage. We could not find an exact location for the smell but we were certain that it came from inside the room as it smelt fine outside. There were also cornflakes scattered left on the window sill, which signalled that it had not been cleaned efficiently. I spoke to a man at reception who told us that smell was due to recent rainfall and would most likely be gone by morning. I explained to him that we were not prepared to stay in that room, as the smell was so strong and made us all feel ill. He was highly rude and said we would not be moved tonight, but we could try in morning. As it was late and we had no other choice, we stayed in the room for one night. Throughout the night, the smell remained strong, there were loud noises coming from outside generators, and a constant tap tap noise. In the morning I went to reception to ask to be moved and was served by a king young man who apologised and moved us to a different room. He is the reason that I am not giving this place one out of five. The new hotel room was basic but fine. The bathroom could be cleaner and the shower had mould on it. The bathroom has no window or fan for ventilation. The rooms got very hot and you have to pay extra for aircon. The pool was perfectly fine and the food served at the pool bar was decent. Breakfast was okay. When we returned at night, we were very conscious about remaining quiet as to not disturb other guests. However every time we entered the hotel, we commanded to be quiet by the night porter, even though we had not made any noise. This made the hotel experience feel very unwelcoming. I feel as though Hotel Natalie do not value customer loyalty and will not be returning as a result.

september stay
myself & my boyfriend stayed at natalie hotel for a wek. the hotel is fine, basic but clean, as was our room. however the shower leaked into the bedroom through the wall! we had to roll up a towel to stop it along the wall! the beds were ok, not overlly supportive. the breakfast was adequate. its on a very noisy road....if i hadnt taken & worn ear plugs id never have slept at night as there seems to be constant coaches, lorries & quad bikes backwards & forwards! the beach is very close by as well as the strip but walking up to it is a joke! the road is poorly lit & cars / bikes are driving quickly past you, theres no path so be warned, take care! the reception didnt seem to be manned 24hrs like we were told but when it was staffed the guys were polite & helpful

The staff are awesome alma is a treasure and cant do enough hotel very clean good facilities and breakfast came with m9st options catered for highly recommend only 5 mins walk from main road and already booked to head back next year loved it that much!!

Calm away from the strip.
My stay at this hotel was great, there was a few hiccups such as our door being extremely hard to open and close but this was fixed immediately by the staff with a sanding machine. In addition, one of our rooms did get an infestation of ants in the sink but was also dealt with by the staff. My holiday was a end of school girls holiday, this hotel wasn't the best for being roudy and day drinking but was infact good for recovering for the next night by the pool with friends. Aswell as this the beach is super close and the strip is a 5 minute walk away and was no problems for a group of young girls. The best bit about the location was the sandwhich shop which was right outsite, which sold smothies and the best sandwhiches for when you are hungover. before coming to the hotel we read reviews of not having shower head holders, this is true!!! we ordered stick on holders off of amazon and i would advise doing so. (we left ours in the shower but this was in 2019 so i wouldnt count on them still being there)
