Ok ,bit far from the city centre

The location is far from the city central however the hotel is in good condition they offer the same buffet breakfast every morning. From the balconies you can see the entire city the staff are friendly and the reception speaks good English. The wifi is not good overall the hotel is good compared to other places in Yerevan.

    Great hotel

This hotel has fantastic views of the city since it sits above the city. They did my laundry and it was only 5,000 Dram for 4 pants with 4 shirts and underwear. The air conditioner did not work well, but we left the balcony door open at night and that kept us cool. The wifi was not working well at first but it got better later during our stay. The staff was exceptional, catering to our every need. This hotel is in a nice part of town which means it is not close to the amenities. Overall, I liked the hotel and I would stay again.

    Great View, Average Hotel

Passports held. VERY basic amenities. Cheap furniture. Traveled to Armenia, nearly on a whim, to celebrate 36 years of wedded success. Upon arrival at Nare Hotel with our tour group, we stepped into a compact lobby that yielded an amazing view of western Yerevan and the mountains of Turkey beyond. The staff was friendly, with BASIC English skills. Then to receive our room keys we had to turn over our passports. NOT cool! I thought the USSR was dead! Once in the room, the views were as amazing as from the lobby, with views of the airport in the distance, Victory Bridge, the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex, the Armenian Genocide memorial complex at Tsitsernakaberd . A small porch afforded the opportunity to take the chairs outside to enjoy the cool evening, even in mid-August. Then I sat on the couch and it promptly broke and collapsed. (I weigh about 240lbs/110Kg. So, I'm not huge!) I reported it to the desk and was told it would be repaired. Television was a big disappointment. Just 12 available channels and the ONLY one in English was (laughter) Fashion TV. All I wanted was just one news station. BBC, CNN, FOX. In English. Just one. There was a room refrigerator with a Mini Bar list. The fridge was unplugged and there was nothing inside. When I did ask for a bottle of water from the lobby it was sent up promptly with a 300AMD (US$0.63) charge. Very reasonable. We asked for additional pillows at the same time as the water and were told none would be available till next day's check out at 3PM! The next day at 5:30PM we asked about the additional pillows and were told none were available due to the hotel being full! THERE ARE NO EXTRA PILLOWS! The bed took up fully half the bed room. Not a problem, it's just that large. The sitting room was compact, and the bathroom was large enough (barely) for two, BUT the step up and into the tub was aggravated by an apparent open vent underneath. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was far too dim. Outlets for your chargers are plentiful. The bed was very comfortable, though, and we slept very well despite the lack of the extra pillows. The staff was friendly and professional, though by Day 2 we had the impression that this was a family-run establishment with all contributing mightily to the hotel's success. We observed staff working as late as 10:30PM and then were there the next morning at 6:00AM. Not a criticism, just an observation. If that is the case, I wish them the best of luck and all the success in the World!
