  Great location, decent facilities- nothing fancy!

  Dont expect anything too great- simple, decent accommodation. Location wonderful- just across Acropolis mall! Many great food joints within walking distance- Chillis, Mainland China, 6 Ballygun and many others. Rooms comfortable- good quality tv, cable channels, clear reception, great air cons ( hitachi) and decent bed. Bathroom also ok though wash basin was a bit small! Breakfast pretty good! No fridge, kettle and coffee / tea maker in the room but a great roadside chaiwala within 1 minutes walk! Internet service poor- takes ages to connect and keeps getting disconnected!! Every time you come within reach, you need to connect up again! A big pain! Vodafone snd Jio 4G reception average! The needs improvement!! Staff reasonably but not excessively friendly- professional! Would definitely stay again. Rare approx 3k inclusive if breakfast, good value for money!

  Parents loved their stay

  My parents stayed for 1 day and they felt very happy for their stay. Requested for early check-in and room was ready when my parents breached. Sommth check-in. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy and a lot of variety. Got a good deal in MMT.

  Ghatiya Hotel

  I represent a corporate and accommodated my group in Hotel Narayani Enclave on 20th December, 2018. Unfortunately due to Saturday and Sunday my travel desk could not make the payment to the hotel. At last hotel retained my guests and later i need to send my colleague to make the payment through his credit card. The hotel did not supported and the management was so rigid that they clearly refused to speak out to me. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL FOR ANY OF YOUR STAY AND ALSO DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO SOMEONE ELSE.

  Convenient Location in South Kolkata

  This hotel is in southern part of Kolkata and directly opposite Acropolis Mall. This is one of the big advantages for the hotel. This Mall has quite good collection of food stall in food court and also few good restaurants. The hotel has got a tiny lift with manual door at one wing upto 4th floor. For 5th floor rooms one has to climb few stairs. There is another wing under construction but lift has not been installed yet. Please let the hotel know in advance if you have disability to climb stairs. The rooms are not large in size (depending on what type of room is booked). Our room was air-conditioned, but we never used it. The TV is quite good size with full range of channels in HD quality. The bathroom is small but clean. Hot water is a small electrical unit and not suitable for long hot shower. There is no enclosure around shower, so the floor gets wet all over after shower. The rooms towards the road side has no view as it is blocked by building façade and traffic noise is high. The wi-fi is quite troublesome as it drops out frequently. The staff are friendly and quite eager to help. They also serve breakfast at their Chini Kum restaurant (if included in the booking). However, we never tried. The hotel is of reasonable rate and good location in South Kolkata, specially if one wants to do saree shopping at Gariahat area.

  Experienced a pleasant stay here

  I stayed here on 6th Feb 2019. Location perfect as it is exactly infront of the Acropolis Mall. Buffet Breakfast is really good. Rooms n restrooms are clean. Size is comfortable for short stay. Plenty of option for food in a walkable distance. Rates are reasonable however they do not offer MAP plan
