Family week end, sport & businessI been stay at the resort with my family during week end and join a business meeting on Monday host inside the facility. This is a very nice choice for week end family break with child as there is play ground inside and outside on the garden. Sports lovers also welcome since indoor and outdoor swimming, 2 squash, 2 tennis field and nice gym. There is a hot spring inside to enjoy and rooms are big and nice, space inside the complex are big and you easily relax walking on the garden and around the small like beside. I been also try Chinese restaurant which I enjoy as well the breakfast with fair choose for non Chinese food too.

Nice for romantic walks and a relaxing getaway.I came here for 2 days/nights as my wife had a conference here. The rooms are best described as "high end rustic". The toilets are not enclosed but a curtain must be used. The furniture is all heavy wood as is the floor. All amenities are standard for the course. If I had to criticize, it would be that the Hotel appears to nickel and dime the guests for anything and everything. From Bowling to playing pool, there are very expensive charges that one must pay for. Even the disposable room slippers cost if you want to take them home!! Breakfast was just ok. The main reason this property does NOT get 5 stars is because the breakfast is simply not a 5 star breakfast. Neither is lunch. The selection is limited when it comes to vegetables and healthy fare. They have plenty of fried foods and meats along with frogs, snails, eels and other unrecognizable creatures. The breakfast and lunch was not bad, just not great. The grounds are very nice with a lake in the back. There's also a nice park a few hundred meters away (less than 10 minute walk) that's nice to walk in. There's canoes to rent out back, but not opened until the Summer. The pool was decent though a bit too may kids splashing around. Just means you have to go early. The steam room and sauna were in the locker room but disappointingly off! That's a no-no. I'd give 3.5 stars rather than 4 because of that. I'm not sure how much it cost as my Wife's company paid, so I don't know if the value is good. For me, it seems like a nice 1-3 day stay is nice for a getaway as long as it's not over 600 - 800 rmb per night. Howard S.

World class vintage hotelI only spent less than 8 hours in the hotel room and restaurant. Checked in at 12 midnight, checked out at 8 am. which i regret cause the hotel is really nice with its resort view. Overall its very relaxing to stay here after a long long day

Probably one of the nicest hotels in ChinaThis was a recommendation by an acquaintance who is a local. We had never heard of the location or the hotel but were pleasantly surprised. The room was beautifully designed with a small living area, the mini bar, a bathroom which can be opened to the bedroom (Or closed with sliding doors) with a fabulous bathtub. The bedroom had a lovely tea table against a window as well as a small balcony which is right next to the lake. As it is spring we woke up each morning to the gardens outside the balcony which was smothered with cherry blossom petals that had fallen during the night. The hotel is very conveniently located and is within walkable distance to nearby restaurants as well as areas of interest. The hotel itself offers a wide range of dining options as well as activities for everyone. Great for families with children or just someone who likes nice country walks. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. We were particularly impressed by Mr Jin who took is ok a tricycle ride and introduced us around the area Will definitely visit again soon.
