  Average room

  The checkin and staff were very friendly. We had a dog and it is a dog friendly hotel. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and room smelled musty. Breakfast was decent. Location was good, but probably wouldnt stay again. Looked like the hotel was maybe under renovations as part hallway wasnt painted either. Did have a nice looking pool.

  Enjoyed our stay

  We traveled to Napoleon for a wedding. The check in staff and really all the staff was amazing. Very nice and accommodating. Although this hotel is directly behind a small truck stop, it was very quiet. They serve breakfast which is pretty much the same as all others. Hotel was very clean and everything worked. We will stay here if we ever travel there again. We had a couple of meals at Adams family restaurant which is the front of the hotel and it was pretty good. The staff in the truck stop store were nice too.

  Going downhill

  When we come to Napoleon to visit family and friends we have always stayed here. We arrived early today and they let us check in. Front desk associate was very nice. The room is nasty. Its like staying in a run down motel. The room is dirty. Smells really bad of cigarette smoke. There is hair on bathroom floor, stains on furniture and floors, cant open the window to even get some fresh air. We have been here 30 min and Im ready to leave. Very disappointed and sadly will never be back.

  Hotel was dirty and smelled, Mold on ceilings, carpet filthy. Only stayed because it was late and need a place that was dog friendly that had space to park our large RV. Place felt like my rig may not still be there in the morning, worried all night. Restaurant connected to travel center next door had worst food I have ever received and I eat out a lot! Also price I was told on the phone they tried to up it $40 when I got there. We were told that holiday inn had bought them and they were remodeling. If holiday inn truly bought it they should close for the Renovations due to black mold,

  Uncomfortable

  The hotel itself looks very nice from the outside and the inside has a lot of potential. Lots of roof leaks in entryway and lower level hallways. I will have to say they were accommodating to us our first room the heat didnt work so they upgraded us to a bigger room and the heat worked. But the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Hard to get a good nights sleep. The hotel was quiet so that was nice. So much potential at this hotel but not all that great.
