  Amazingly villa in the heart of pattaya

  This was our perfect stay, pool villa was just very well located 5 minutes walk to the beach, nice restaurants around. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. Breakfast was good as well. Most famous 5 star hotel is just a few steps away.

  Could be better

  What we, as a couple, liked about the villa is that it's very private, with our own swimming pool, but the service is terrible, they are careless with low quality of service and cleanliness. We didn't expect the villa to be room-sized! According to the photos we expected better quality of service and bigger rooms (villas style)

  Improvement Needed

  The staff are cheerful and friendly. =) But when I entered the room, the tenants (Mosquitoes) are not friendly and they attack me like commandos. And some are huge too! Please prepare your weapons (Mosquito Repellent, Insecticides, Etc..) before going. I love the nice, clean pool, but the room looks a little eerie. Would recommend to stay with a partner or a group. Especially the lights at the corridor are off after midnight which made the place more eerier. The breakfast was not spectacular, but I can't expect much with this price.. Haha! Will stay there again, But not alone, and will be loaded with Mosquito Repellent and Insecticide.

  No sun!!

  We visited in December this year and although we enjoyed the villa, if you are a sun worshiper like me you will be disappointed as the pool at the villa gets little sun with no area to really even catch the sun! Saying that the villa itself was immaculate and very nice. The staff in the restaurant that serves breakfast are lovely

  Perfect but the BF ...

  The cottage is perfect and the privacy is really respected. The swimming pool in more than enough for a family and the room is fully furnished. All the necessary accessories are well in place. The only one fail is the breakfast not ready at time, the waiter seems to be lost. Anyway, without this small mistake, I recommande this hotel very nice for a reasonable price. Can be 5 stars with a better breakfast ...
