  Sugar Beach Gem

  We loved our visit to this resort on Sugar Beach!! Tim, the manager, is the best... helpful, kind, friendly... cant say enough good things about him! The location of it on the island is just perfect. Love the beachfront! Sugar Beach is awesome for walking and watching amazing sunsets! We hope to stay here on our future visits to Maui... it felt like our home away from home.

  Cozy, Relaxed and Convenient

  The condo is easy to find and reasonably close to the airport, Wal-Mart, Target and the shopping and restaurants in Kihei. It is right on the beach with its own private green space right before the beach. The accommodations were more than adequate and has to be the best bargain in Maui. We will stay there the next time we vacation in Maui again.

  Beautiful Place - Annoying Neighbors

  Loved the condo, the people, the beach, the location everything....except an event center has opened up beside it. Yes they have to be inside with the doors closed after 11 PM, but every time someone opens the door you get a blast of music. There were four events out of the seven nights we were there and had to sleep with the windows closed - so much for that pounding surf.

  Great location; no crowds

  We love Nani Kai Hale! It is in a great location in north Kihei. We loved walking to Ululanis to get shaved ice (almost daily). Easy access to the highway to get to other parts of the island. We have stayed in 2 different units at this complex (in 2017 and 2018) and both were pretty similar. It is small so not crowded at all, and everyone is really friendly. Free parking and plenty of spots. The beach isnt great for swimming or snorkeling but wonderful to walk and enjoy the scenery. I would recommend staying here for anyone looking for a low-key, relaxed environment. Im sure we will be back!

  Great holiday stay.

  This is a one bed room condo with a small kitchen and a living/dining area. The unit has a balcony with narrow view of the beach/ocean. The property is accessed from a quiet cul-de-sac. It has direct access to the beach with a private grassed area between the building and the beach with lounge chairs, tables and a BBQ area. The building and grounds were well maintained. The units in the building are privately owned. While I believe they are all similar these comments apply only to Unit 208. Access to the units is from an outside walkway on the south side of the building. Windows for the rooms are on the north side. Very small windows on the south side provide ventilation. The unit has air conditioning, but we did not need it. The unit suited our (2 people) needs and we would stay there again. There is a sofa bed in the living room area. The tile floors, the 2 bathrooms and the windows could have been cleaner. The is no grocery store near by within walking distance.
