    Avoid....this place is awful!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! It looks nice enough on the pictures, but the atmosphere it just terrible! One guy at front office speaks OK english and was nice enough to book our bus to Nha trang for us, but our receipt and bus ticket was his signature on a business card....sketchy! We ended up getting 2 last seats my husband way in the back in the middle with no air, but that's a different story... When we got off the train we got in a taxi because the driver said he knew the hotel. He got so miserably lost because this hotel is in the middle of nowhere! After arguing with him, we only paid 500,000 dong, which is crazy! When we drove down the ramp to the hotel, the smell hits you! They bring the fresh fish and leave them up on the patio right next to the sun bathers and the heat just makes it smell awful after awhile, on top of that, they burn all their garbage right there, so it always smells like burnt plastic, even when youre eating. Also, there is no beach! just dirty sand and a whole lot of rocks and it smells like sewage! Stick to the pho if you dare stay at this place. The spring rolls were awful and dont even get me started on the pasta! gross! Theres nothing to do here at night and no other real restaurant close by, so this is what youre stuck with. We spend all our time in our room, which thank god was decent enough, but could hear through walls. We were woken up at 4 am by our very rude, very loud neighbours and my husband had to go yell at them to be quiet! The breakfast was ok. Our card said a la carte, but it was always a measly buffet with not much to choose from. The coffee station had mold all around it, i dont think they had even cleaned it! Im trying to think of a pro here, and i think it was briefly talking about how awful the food is with an american guy when i was sending back my pasta and the manager was nice enough about it. Oh! and the wifi was ok. That's the biggest pro. Yup, you can do better! Dont stay here, just dont! We should have booked at Mui Ne hostel!

Ok, but then only just "ok"

Rooms are they way you should expect them to be at that price.. Photos from the place looks very nice but it is far from almost everything... There is absolutely nothing to do there except for waling along the beach when the tide allows it. Breakfast ist ok..and definitely much to choose from. Order your eegs the way you like them and get something else as they don`t understand you :-) Still, I got my eegs so no worries. The staff can be a bit annoying always asking to your wellbeing - polite, kind but too much. If you don`t want to dine at their establishment you should try fresh seafood, brought my the local fishermen to the kind ladies, preparing it in front of your eyes.. at reasonable prices. "Out there", practically in the middle of no where you shall only find a few roadshops with the most essentials.. otherwise you will have to take the buss to the nearest town Mui Nee.. In 15-20 minutes you will be there and they offer banks, bars, various shop, pharmacies and of course the cozy market.. Ohhh, I almost forgot... I stayed there during X-mas and although X-mas is not celebrated in Vietnam, they made you feel at home a little by decorating a couple of X-mas-trees and playing X-mas-music... the same tape over and over again, very loud, for a week and in until very late All that said, I shall ever go there again - it is simply to excluded

    Great Location (near tourism destination)

Ressort's services are good. However, only few staffs understood english so we have to use body language to communicate with them, but it's OK. Nang Hon Rom is close to Red Sand Dunes and Fairy Stream. You can go there by bus (re: buyt in Vietnam). But, if you wanna go to White Sand Dunes, you have to reach it by taxi. From this ressort to White Sand Dunes cost approximately 240.000 VND. Reccomended ressort to stay in Mui Ne

Needs a lot of TLC. Spend a bit more and stay in Mui Ne.

I stayed at this place for one night. Pros: -Private beach but read the first con below. -The staff doesn't speak English but still makes best effort to communicate. Cons: -The private beach is crowded with hotel residents. -Rooms are in terrible condition. The ceiling is damaged due to leakage and mold. The wash basin faucet was pulling in one direction so had to hold it with one hand while I wash the other :( -The breakfast is terrible. Besides custom omelets, everything else is poor quality, not fresh and looks dirty. I saw ants on the bread. I think they forgot to wash the coffee pot since independence and the coffee sucked bigtime. Also, most of the dishes are catered to Russians, they didn't have sliced bread and butter! -Most of the dining and shopping action is 20 mins drive away in Mui Ne. -No elevators and no bell boys. Overall, I do not recommend this place. Spend a few bucks more and stay in Mui Ne.
