  Be careful

  Be careful... We were there with two Kids in summer 2018. Arrived in the evening after a 29 hour Trip from Germany. Booked 4 weeks before. They didnt have our booked large room (the Villa) for 4 persons. (It was overbooked, a guy told us, it was leased on a long time stayer) then they offer another smaler room to us, (to small for our family) but before we MUST cancel our Booking on mybooking.com... we! Not him! Otherwise they didnt want leasing the small room to us... We just stay there because of our crying Kids, for them it was horrible having no sleeping place in a foreign country, they cried and so on... no breakfast, no Bar... the room were clean and good...

  Cancelled with hours notice

  You should take note of the few bad reviews of this place - they cancelled our booking via email when we were literally waiting for our flight at Heathrow airport. You may never think it will happen to you (like I did when I booked 4 months ago) but it happened to us. We were travelling with our younger friend who also had a booking at Namphung Phuket. They told us they had a large Chinese party who had booked out all the rooms. Our booking was cancelled but our friends was not - so how is that possible...? She was a first time traveller and this situation distressed her greatly. We all ended up rebooking at a new hotel elsewhere at the last second because we had no other choice. I am STILL waiting for a refund. Not trustworthy, not fair and not worth the risk in my opinion.

  Stay in Phuket

  The property is located on the southern tip of the island. We had opted for airport pick up and drop and the owner was kind enough to provide that in a timely manner. Since there were no other travelers staying at the time of our visit we were given rooms of our choice. Very hospitable host. the property is value for money.

  Wonderful TownHouses with nice swimming pool

  great boutique place for best value holidays. Close to 'Laguna' area (party spot in Rawai). Value for money as you rent a town house for the price of a room. you will not be disappointed. Quite area. everything is within 10 min motorbike drive or walking distance.

  Booked this for its location, price and fact that it has a kitchen which was great. Stayed ten nights and cooked breakfast every morning. Great way to save money. Its a two level, one bedroom apartment with a full bath with shower in the master suite and a half bath off the kitchen. Having 2 bathrooms was great also. It had a good size living room but what I didnt like was the tv was in the bedroom not the living room; made no sense. The bedroom upstairs was huge with a large armoire for clothes. A good size balcony but we never used it because of the heat. Didnt use the pool either because we dont do pools. Kitchen had a full size refrigerator stocked with water, soda & beer for sale; we didnt touch. Air conditioning was great downstairs; upstairs was a pain. Remote didnt always work; You were freezing or sweating. Bed was comfortable and unit was clean enough. There are some minor repair issues throughout from age; nothing to overly bother us. The biggest negative was noise. There are eight units. This place is very affordable for what you get. The longer you stay, the lower the price. There are long term residents here and this place attracts European millennials who could be quite rude and disrespectful. There was excessively loud music, yelling and slamming things in the middle of the night. A woman and her two young children have a unit long term and the children stood on the balcony and screamed day and night. If you approached the night manager, she was quick to address the problem but she would only speak to noise makers if you said something. The walls here are thin. We could hear our neighbors so Im sure they could hear us. That was really the biggest negative. We walked almost everywhere. The apartment is down a quiet dead end road, a short distance from the main road which has everything including pharmacies, convenience stores, restaurants, bars and street vendors. Even though the location is relatively quiet being far from the main road, the lodgers here who party will wake you after the bars close. Its Thailand, its party town and I get that. I just ask people to be respectful. Great price. Great unit. Not perfect.
