  VERY BAD

  My family and I were in a 4 stars we stayed there for 4 nights these nights were the best nights in seoul it was very clean and bery comfortable. But unfortunately we booked for 4 nights only. So after those 4 nights we unfortunately booked a room in Namdaemun palace hotel, it is the worst hotel I've seen in Seoul, the hotel was extremely different in the booking site which is booking.com The rooms in the pictures show you that it looks very good. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom was really bad even the air conditioner look so bad. The door have no key from inside there is a metal thing instead of it. REALLY IN THIS HOTEL I DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE AT ALL.

  Old but clean, and convenient. Just okay

  I can't deny that there is a toilet smell at the lobby and the room. And it is quite strong actually. But the room is overall clean, and the triple room is spacious that all of our suitcases can lay flat on the ground. The bed is rather firm, but for me it's not uncomfortable at all. The air-conditioner is old and you have to turn it on manually by yhe remote control, but it works okay. The bathroom is visually clean, but the toilet smell comes from the drain in the bathroom, and no toiletaries are provided, only towels and shower amenities. So make sure you bring toothbrush and shaver..etc there. The hotel is situated 1 minutes from the station, so its so convenient to travel. There are a lot of small restaurants that open till after midnight, for those who do shopping until midnight, it's the perfect place to stay! Only thing is that there's neither elevator nor escalater at the metro exit, taxi would be recommended when traveling with suitcases. It would be good if you don't have much budget and you do need some space to place your luggages, otherwise choose somewhere else.

  Big,Clean with reasonable price

  It's not the first time to Korea but it's really out of my expectation to stay in this hotel. We are a family of 5 with a kid and requested adjoining rooms in advance, hotel did provide room upgrade to fulfill our request of adjoining rooms. Staff is nice and able to communicate in limited Japanese or English. even we have some defect in the room for the sink pipe, front desk staff came quickly and arranged repair in the next day morning. Room is big as a korean hotel in prefect location, and everything is well equipped with comfortable beds. we will definitely return for our next visit in korea. Also, few 24/7 restaurants closed by for local korean food!

  Big and clean room

  Located very near to gate 1 Hoehyon Station. Once on top of the stairs, walk towards the junction then turn right, the hotel is about 100 meters. During the day, can go visit the Namdaemun market for shopping or souvenirs. The room is big and clean. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. Toilet is clean and have bathtub. The only complain is the towel is too small to wrap your body. Free WIFI available in all areas.

  Clean,affordable and quite.

  We stayed there for eight nights. Booked two rooms since we traveled together with our friends. We didn't managed to get the same floor but we are fine with it. The Front desk officers are friendly and helpful, even though they speak and understand minimal English. place was kind of quite but not secluded. Whats best is,it is super near to the Hoehyeon subway (exit 3) and we managed to get a very clear view of the namsan tower from our room window. Super awesome!! Cleanness-Superb! No pungent or awkward smells. Housekeepers - Very diligent and do respect if you do not want them to clean the room.
