  Good location but the service not good

  The room is so small. Alot of tourists from Russia stay here. The service is not good, I must wait for a long time for check in ( it's so late with the time of hotel). When I order car to airport, the driver was not good. But in Nha Trang, maybe it's ok!

  Smoke smell

  Hotel is pretty good. Rooms are pretty big and good equipped. Staff is very friendly and always tries to help you, but unfortunately doesn't know English. The worst thing of this hotel is in the other side of the road - a restaurant with BBQ (you can feel the smoke smell everywhere) and very loud music.

  Very pleasant stay. Beyond our expectation

  We stayed here for just one night and our room was booked by Dalattrip Ltd. We were delighted to be given a spacious VIP room with sitting area and 2 separate beds. Even thought it was facing the main road and just in front of the BBQ restaurant, it was not noisy and we were not effected by the nice BBQ smell. No complain of service. Location was good and near to the beach. We would recommend others to stay here.

  Westerners DONT STAY!!

  This hotel is a disaster!! This is like faulty towers. Firstly they said we hadnt booked and kept us waiting in reception for approximately 1 hour before finally after checking out guests they said they had found our booking. Staff are not welcoming for westerners and speak NO English .... they had to use an app for us to speak into so that we could be understood. Cockroaches in bathroom had little response until we stood our ground and said they must do something about them. Eventually they changed our room. If you want to use towels for the pool you have to hire them for an additional fee. Refused to provide two room keys and told we cannot leave the key in the room to keep room air conditioning going. Cleaning also not at western standard - way below standard. NO hot water. Water all over the floor when having a shower. Fridge not working effectively The breakfast is not suitable for most westerners - catered only for Vietnamese. Although the breakfast was included in our room we went across to the Summer Hotel around the corner as the staff were more helpful, polite, and breakfast was better. This hotel is a NIGHTMARE for westerners! Service - poor Value - poor Location - only good thing about the hotel - but there are far better places than this one DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE

  Freaking terrible, never want to go back Terribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Never never never back to there in contrast with awesome sightseeing, Nha Trang deserves with a more beautiful thing than freaking bad hotel like that
