Falta limpieza.

Excellent place to stayIf you are in Nakuru for any reason, be it business or Leisure, this is the place to stay, Very serene Gardens, good food and friendly staff. I cannot remember every staff by name but of course I must mention Edwin the General Manager, Helen from House Keeping, Paul Macharia, Joseph, Christine, and the lovely Domiana who kept checking on us everyday.. Edwin is always hands on checking on Guests... very professional. How can I forget Daniel Monari the Resort's driver. Daniel drives so carefully and very friendly... There is a Gardener that was always smiling and welcoming Guests to the terrace...... Nice rooms with all the amenities. Suitable for golfers because the property is a stone throw away from the Nakuru Golf Club. Kids activities on Weekends... Got to stop now but nothing beats this in Nakuru. Excellent restaurant with varieties to choose from. Will always recommend the place.

Poor mamangement and customer serviceI am a tour operator myself and am so much disappointed with this hotel , I booked my clients in on August 2017, the hotel did not inform us that their facility was under renovation and that construction was going on ,my clients arrived and were checked in at some rooms behind the main hotel which that client complained was not fully operational, the next morning breakfast was not ready even at 08:00Am , since the kitchen was not even operational or some sort of poor management . Considering that my clients were traveling some 5-6 hours to arrive at the next destination for lunch , they had to forfeit the breakfast in order to safe time , this is not acceptable at all as we had paid full board and its very annoying that the client didn't had to leave without breakfast , they didn't even bother to arrange any alternative meals to the already disappointed clients , so when i found out this through my driver , i called the hotel and some lady just apologized casually to me , they promised to get back to me and again after reminding them again on phone , a gentleman called and promised to get back and they never called or emailed me again , my previous email went an answered just as i demanded a refund , this behavior can not be condoned, we as the company try very hard to make our clients happy only to be disapointed by such mismanaged hotels .....its terrible terrible , I will never again book this hotel and will not recommend to any one looking for a vacation , It just need to put their house in order , Its was such a big shame.

Still a nice place to stayMy family and I last stayed at the Nakuru Milimani Guest House back in 2014 and were very impressed by it then. Glad to say that this time round, we were once again almost just as impressed. The staff are very friendly and helpful and do all they can to ensure a comfortable stay. The only thing that we were a little upset about is that the staff forgot to switch on the hot water geyser and therefore had to shower with cold water. They were extremely apologetic about the oversight though. They have built a full fledged hotel on the grounds, in fact work was still in progress. We were not too happy about about this as it seems to have lost it's homely feel.

QuietLocated on the outskirts of Nakuru town CBD.The street to this facility is lined up with jacaranda trees and they blossom around October November it's marvelous.Easy access to the park. The rooms are ok and food is good.
