  North Indian dishes are good

  They served different varieties of north indian food, boys liked them thoroughly. Their interior works were good, good parking space available. They can provide quick service and have the card swiping machine at restaurant rather than keeping them at reception.

  Nice Place to Stay

  Maintained well, Good parking Space, reasonable rates, Staffs appearance is good. This is very near to Guruvayoor temple. Perfect for Family and business tours. It has only pure veg restaurant, so not preferable for heavy non-veg people

  Terrible experience

  One of the worst experience we ever had was at this place. Firstly, the check in process was horrible. The girl at the reception didn't know the process as we booked online and we had to wait 30-45 minutes with 2 little kids. After that a guy comes and informs us that there are no rooms in the hotel because of a group booking and we have to go to another hotel near by (Hotel Bhansuri Inn), which they say as their sister concern. They didn't give us the proper location of the other hotel and we had to find it via Google. Not only that, they didn't have the courtesy to load back the luggage in our car. Bhansuri Inn was no different, looks good from outside but the interiors are pretty old. The front door room lock was broken and it took 30 minutes for hotel staff to make it work and we had to wait all that time outside. Inside it was no different, the bathroom lock got jammed and we had to inform that to be repaired. The food wasn't great, we had stomach problems eating their. All in all a very very bad experience. So, if there are other options, please do not opt for Nakshatra Emerald Inn and Bhansuri Inn.

  Clean rooms, but over priced

  Stayed here on 14th August with family. The hotel is relatively newly built. Pros- Clean rooms, Comfortable bed, Friendly staff, Parking, roof top swimming pool Cons- Over priced when compared to simlar class hotels, not very close to the temple, needs to have more professional approach, Wif-Fi is there but never worked. For the price we paid, the facilities were inadequate. There was no hot water in the room and the staff said it is due to solar panel not working in rain. The breakfast was included in the room rate but there was no choice other than "Poori". Wi-Fi connection ws also dropping frequently and I had to depend on my mobile data. I will choose Sopanam heritage or Krishna Inn over this hotel which is good value for money and much higher standard than this hotel.

  Cheating with us (they all lairs)

  we have booked 4 rooms with breakfast in Nakshatra Emerald Inn, we have booked directly to the hotel and also we have paid in advance INR 2000/- as a booking amount, when we reach at hotel, hotel staff told us that we will not provide breakfast, and also we have mail to mail conversation but they all denied this thing, i'll not recommend this hotel to any person. hotel staff was so rude even management person also very rude. room was not clean at that time we check in and washroom was also in very terrible condition.
