an inceentive week endwe spent two nights in this very nice hotel. One night on private basis and one with a 37 people group for an incentive.Globaly, nice staf, small wellness area, great vues on the gold, clean rooms. The first dinner, pruvate was great, the second with the group was a big mess. The quality of the food was poor, medium steacks were served rare, the dessert, "chocolate fondant" of industrial quality was massively sent back to the kitchen. Avoid this restaurant if your re in a big group.

Nice hotel with a breakfast as it should be.Nice hotel with a breakfast as it should be. Overlooking the greens and with a superb view of the surrounding country side (which you also get in the de luxe rooms at the back). Dinner menu card was rather limited so we went back for dinner to Saint-Omer.

Lovely place to combine a challenging golfcourse and a quality mealStayed for a few days and played golf at st omer golf course. Challenging golfcourse and a very good hotel. Wonderfull combination. Staff in the hotel was very friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was expensive for local standards but it was a good price-quality standard. Very good food. In general terms the staff in the hotel and on the golfcourse are not client oriented. Doing thier work and that's it. Not a real open and friendly attitude

Feb visitWe stopped off here on route back to the UK. Its close to Calais and set off the road overlooking a golf course.. We arrived on a very wet windy night but the views the next day were obvious at breakfast and Im sure in Summertime is particularly nice. Reception were friendly both at check in and check out. We opted to eat there that night simply because it is not that close to anywhere and more convenient for a one night stay to eat at their restaurant. There was a large and very noisy table of guests (at least 14/15 people) and it made it difficult for a lot of the smaller tables to have simple conversations.. They were not being rude and Im sure were not aware of how loud they were being. It also meant that the only two staff working in the restaurant were having to rush around and try to manage the big table, all the while trying to keep on top of the smaller tables. Service was brusque. Not friendly, not particularly unfriendly. The food was fine but in my opinion, having had some very decent food while in France, was overpriced for both presentation and taste. And they forgot my drink to accompany my dinner and we could not catch their attention during the entire meal. The waitress tried to give me my drink after the meal but I explained it was too late and she did apologise. I realise she was stretched with the large group but it was frustrating as a guest. I could also see that other tables were put off or should I say put out by the loud large group and one couple asked to be moved a little away. Breakfast the next day is entirely self service (coffee is not great) but selection of cold foods was good. Hot foods very basic presentation. Room- very comfortable quiet rooms with a great shower. Clean. If I was reviewing the rooms and the location and reception teamI would have given 4/5 but my general appreciation of the place was well below a 4 so had to be a 3 overall.

When you need a helping hand!Crossed Dover/Calais, overnight at Hotel. Next morning serious problems with car.Had to stay 7 extra days. Staff fitted us in for the room and meals.Management and Reception were absolutely marvellous with help and understanding of our situation. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The Chef created some great meals with pleasing presentation. Absolutely top marks for the whole Staff Team, not forgetting management M. Olivier Prurost and Mme. Veronique Prudhomme.
