Cozy hotelSmall but cozy hotel room. The shower facilities have back spray which is fantastic. Good location and near to shopping areas. No hotel parking. Parking is opposite hotel and rate is not cheap. Overnight parking is approx 1,500 yen. Generally, a good hotel to stay :)

The best hotel I've stayed in JapanI have been to Japan 6x and so far this is the best hotel I have booked and I'm glad I did i. First time in Okinawa and could not drive/rent a car we opted for a hotel near a train station or bus terminal and Naha Tokyu Rei fits the bill and my budget. As a 3 star hotel the price range is spot on just around 100 SGD. It is just 5 to 10 mins walk from Naha Bus Terminal and Asahibashi Station. The lobby is located on the 4F on the same building where Okinawa Municipal Prefecture HQ is located. The entrance is on the 2F. The lobby is big, clean and good scent. Okinawan music will greet you as you enter the lobby with a cute aquarium filled with tropical fishes. The concierge is uniquely designed in circle at the center and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Check-in time is 3 PM but if you wanna check-in early just need to pay 1000 Yen per hour which gives you an option and flexibility. The same applies for late check-out. The breakfast buffet offered is a mix of Western and Okinawa dishes and costs about 1200 yen if you wanted to opt it, which we did as well. We checked-in to our hotel at 11 AM right after our breakfast. Much to our delight, the room is spacious and big - not typical for a Double standard room hotel in Japan. The bed is double size, nice and comfortable the other side with no space to go out has a tiny platform where you can charge and put your drinks and gadgets. Our city view is a amazing and the blackout curtains are totally living it. There is a small sofa and desk for relaxing and note takings. Black Slippers are comfortable and smooth. Robes and bottled water and replenished daily. TV channels offer local with option for VOD. The wi-fi is a bit slow sometimes especially at night. Best of all is the toilet and shower. Despite not having a tub it is one of the most spacious and best toilets in the hotels I've stayed in Japan. The toilet bowl is big, Stephen Knoll toiletries are provided and replenished daily. The main attraction is the shower - it has easy to use mechanical options to switch between Shower head and Rainfall head as well as easy to adjust water temperature. From 3 PM to 6 PM there is a happy hour that offers free Okinawan drinks, coffee, tea and fresh vegetable chips including the fresh Chanpuru, a great thing offered for guests. There is a bicycle for rent at the 2F entrance. To top it all of, the staff are amazing - friendly, courteous, helpful and speaks good English. But wait there's more, there is a 20 mins walking distance beach called Naminoue, which is very near and clean. I tried and there are small fishes in it. It is also the place where Naminous shrine is located and a stop for Cruise. What a memorable and joyful experience it is in Okinawa especially staying at Naha Tokyu Rei hotel - very happy :=)

Good location, clean and tidyHotel is located nearby train station and all the way covered, in case of raining, you have no need to use umbrella. Room is compact but good enough for 2 people and 2 luggage. Room rate is rather expensive than other similar sized hotel room, maybe it's close to city.

Not badLocation is good which is near monorail station and bus terminus. Room is not big but is enough to unpack a big suitcase. However the air conditioning is really mouldy that it needs a deep cleaning. Also no safety box in the room. And the sockets of the table was hide inside which a large adapter can't plug. Note that the check-out time is 10am which is a bit early.
