  Estancia en Mythos Palace

  Estuve alojado en este hotel durante varios días en junio y mi experiencia fue excelente en todos los sentidos: muy buen trato del personal con total disposición, la habitación amplia, con todas las comodidades y detalles de bienvenida, comida diversa y cuidada (buffet variado, incluyendo platos de la cocina típica de Creta). El área de playa es de las mejores que visité de la zona, playa totalmente de arena, con muy buenas vistas a las montañas blancas y bonitas puestas de sol. Diferentes espacios donde tomar una copa o un refresco y espectáculos nocturnos entretenidos. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Hotel 100% recomendable.

  VERY NICE HOTEL

  Picturesquely situated on the beach with a beautiful view of the mountains on the other side. Very clean, nicely decorated, tea and coffee making facilities present in all rooms, and a bottle of wine as a welcome present (much appreciated as we arrived after midnight and all bars were closed). Good quality cosmetics in the bathrooms. Staff is extremely capable and very friendly and polite. When we were displeased with our room, because of the loud music being played in the bar below, we were given another room in a quiet location immediately. The beach is very nice, there were enough loungers and a bar close by, with a good service. The swimming pool is also nice, but on the smallish side, and there were never enough loungers. All the covid regulations were adhered to religiously, all the staff wore masks properly, they also wore gloves and the food was served in the restaurants, so people were not touching the serving dishes and spoons, and everything felt really safe. The service was always with a smile, and the smile was genuine. The food was fresh and plentiful, although a bit bland for our tastes. Overall, a very nice hotel, with a very welcoming atmosphere - we really felt like wanted and appreciated guests.

  We spend our holiday (17 days. 8/20-11/9) in Mythos Palace. We are realy satisfied. I's realy relaxing hotel. All what we needed, we found there. The personal is very kindly and helpful. Master chef in restaurant is master of his job. Very tasty and delicacy. Entertaiment team is super. Pleasant behavior. Also master of their job. Chef (nam8e Dimitry) is a guy on the right place. The beach is a fairy tale. Perfect sun beds, wide sun umbrellas and lot of space. Water is CLEAR, sand only, no stones. Beach boy is an angel and people in Beach bar are so helpful and kindly. Every time smiling eyes. We are realy satisfied and thing about come back next year. Milos&Brona

  The Perfect Hotel To Recharge Your Mojo

  After months of working through the lockdown and being worn down by the fear spread on 24-hour rolling news channels, we needed a quiet relaxing break to recharge our batteries. The Mythos Palace was the perfect antidote to the infamously bad year of 2020. All questions and concerns about travel before our trip were handled patiently and professionally by the fantastic reception and management team. Upon arrival, our temperature was taken, and it immediately became clear that the hotel was meticulously clean. The staff was also wearing transparent face masks so you can see the warm, welcoming Cretian smiles. The safety of guests is taken very seriously. You only need to wear a mask when entering a restaurant. I was impressed by how they leveraged technology to replace traditional menus that get passed around, and you simply scan a QR code on the table to access the cocktail or bar menus. The only downside of living with COVID in an all-inclusive hotel is that you can no longer help yourself to food in the buffet restaurant, but this is a small price to pay for an amazing holiday in paradise. After months of lockdown, it felt like our senses to all the things we take for granted. Lying by the beach with plenty of space, watching horses in the distance, and hearing the sound of waves while soaking up the sunshine was exactly what we needed. As an older couple who just wanted a quiet romantic break, we did not participate in any of the activities. But we could not help but notice Dimitri's energy and passion, who worked tirelessly to entertain those that wanted entertaining. Although we kept to ourselves, he always made a special effort to speak with us. When things got a little too warm, we escaped the midday sun to the beach bar, where once again, the bar staff were fantastic and happily made us delicious cocktails that were delivered with big smiles and friendly conversation. Special mention to "Beachboy" who was also always working tirelessly behind the scenes while chatting and smiling with guests. Wi-Fi was also strong throughout the hotel. The signal was also strong by the beach, and I quickly downloaded Spotify albums and playlists by the beach. Sorry for the long review, but after months of being in lockdown, I cannot express how great it was to be away from the media and spend time in a beautiful and clean hotel with people of multiple nationalities. Our holiday was the perfect antidote to a horrible 2020 and a much-needed reminder that the world is not such a bad place. Huge thanks to all at Mythos Hotel for looking after us and proving that we can live with COVID and still enjoy life with precautions rather than locking ourselves in our homes.   The best of times

  We had an absolutely amazing time at Mythos Palace, the people couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. The animation team is also amazing, full of energy and they seem to actually enjoy what they are doing. It's a very quiet spot - maybe a sign of the times though - but as we travelled with a young child, it suited us fine. The only let down is the food, it makes the hotel seem more three star than five, which is why I didn't give it five full stars. Nevertheless, we contemplated booking for next year but might give the Greek islands a break, just to really look forward to going back there again in the future.
