  The nicest hotel I've ever stayed in

  We stayed at the mythos hotel for 4 nights in the beginning of June this year. It has to be one of the nicest places I have ever been, due to a combination of the amazing hospitality of the staff and owner and the facilities and quality of the place. We were treated as guests at a friends vila, and were invited into the kitchen each day to choose our meals. All the staff were very accommodating and provided us with anything we required, yet also allowing us our privacy. The room was a junior suite, which is two rooms, living room and bedroom, and an amazing bathroom with a jacuzzi. The views from our balcony stretched as far as the sea, and mount olympus can be seen from the grounds with its snow caps mountains all year round. Thank you Sotiris and Anastasia, and all the staff for making this the best holiday possible. The Greek mainland, especially the northern part where this hotel is located isn't the first choice for overseas visitors, however, it makes a much more interesting holiday than going to the islands, which is where most tourists from Northern Europe visit.

  ONE DAY ON THE MOUNTAINS IN MYTHOS HOTEL FOR TEE

  Grate hospitality very friendly welcome tee ,panoramic view !!!! I do recommend that ex-eland place in the green forest..at that time in our visit was not snow .Was all around trees with various green colors!!

  Awesome Hotel

  After driving around lost trying to find the place we were looking to stay, we stumbled upon this gem. It is well kept family owned hotel. The staff is wonderful and friendly. My niece had a great time using the pool while my friend and I had drinks and free appetizers at the poolside bar. This has breathtaking views. We sat down to a great cooked meal with vegetables straight from their garden. As we had to leave early, they packed us a snack tray to take with us on the road, including their home made cheese.

  Great hospitality in the cold winter

  My family and i had our stay at hotel mythos unexpectedly when our original booking with another hotel got cancelled abruptly. the owner of the cancelled hotel made arrangements for us to stay with hotel mythos as it was the closest one nearby. We drove 6hours from Athens to elatochori, freezing in the winter cold, only to be warmed by staffs and owner of the humble hotel. They arranged for a corner family room for us, had the heater and fireplace started so we could get some warmth when we checked in. Everything was arranged so nicely despite us rocking up at their doorstep on such last min notice. My parents were thankful for everything. It was a qaint room, with very large bathroom (we loved it!) where we could take our warm showers slowly. They also fixed up a nice dinner for us, it was the BEST dinner we had by far during our trip. You have to try their grill and oven dishes!!! Next day, we had a scrumptious breakfast spread by the fireplace. One of the staff even brought us to see the private wine cellar that they had. and some really expensive and aged wines too. haha. we wanted to head to elatochori for some ski and they kindly allowed us to check out slightly later in the afternoon so we could wash up after skiing before we head on the road again. Bless them, such nice and hospitable company should be highly recommended. We were nothing but praises all over for this humble family owned hotel. We will definitely visit hotel mythos on our next visit again!
