  Overnight stay

  When we arrived at the place we were looking for the office/front desk to check in. Toured the whole area but wasnt able to find any office. Tried to cal them and they said it is self check in and that check my email for the instructions for self check in. It was easy with no hassle. We love our suite. Its really good for families. Too bad we only stayed overnight. We could have availed the hot tub and pool which is right in front of our suite. We will surely want to come back here

  Honestly I dont know

  Okay. For location it was amazing but. The staff wasnt that friendly with us. Any time we had to call and ask a question they were either snotty with us or didnt know and said they would call us back and then never did. Also extremely dirty. I have a toddler and I am also a germaphobe and there was crumbs and old food in the carpet and on the runner on the table was so dirty. There is mold in the shower as well We are very savvy people and usually dont take trips but decided to do our first trip as a family and ended up extremely disappointed after spending all our savings to stay somewhere nice and ended up leaving upset and losing extra money by having to go buy a small vacuum to clean the floors better so my son wasnt eating old crumbs off the floor. I just expected more. Especially during a pandemic.

  Dirty, dirty and run-down!

  Not a very safe and comforting feeling to stay somewhere that took no regard to cleanliness in the middle of a pandemic. Spent an hour cleaning with disinfectant prior to even letting my kids enter! Spend the $ to stay elsewhere. (And in bringing up the issues w/ the management co., was told there was nothing they could do, so their level of customer service is as high as their cleaning standards).

  We love Mystic Springs!

  We have stayed many times at Mystic Springs over the years. It is our favourite place to go in the mountains. We have a family of 7 and the sleeping arrangements are excellent for a bigger family. We like the layout of the suites and the pool and hot tub are fantastic (when open), with their central location. The units are well stocked with all the essentials and we have always found the staff helpful if ever needed. It is easy to book a unit and we've always had helpful and friendly agents when calling directly. The check in / check out system is flawless. This place, even though a bit older than some of the other condos or hotels, is really a gem, and I'm sure we will continue to visit many more times in the coming years. .

  Comfy, loved the pool, needs some tending to.

  We were pleased with this spacious 2 bedroom condo for our family stay in Canmore. The king size bed was lovely and very nice to have an ensuite. The pools were open and although we could not swim for long each day (30 min time slots per family), it was such a treat to use them! The double beds were a bit unstable, and there were a few minor repairs needed around the place like door jams, very creaky doors, old stained and burned carpets, cheap cooking pans. But the coffee was good and the rest satisfying. We would stay here again - especially for the pools!
