  Bad room service!!

  Checked in at 9:15. Room service menu on television says room service closes at 11:00. Called down at 10:01 to tell me there closed. I understand there is a pandemic but no one ever told me room service closed at 10:00. No other food open. Not to mention that I called 1 minute passed the time. Very poor hotel service.

  Beautiful hotel in CT

  I had a wonderful time at the Marriott Mystic hotel. Check in was wonderful at 4pm younger guy helped me- and he was exceptional and knowledgeable. Lobby was clean. Hotel has a bar and also food. Free parking and WiFi. Laura was very professional and helpful. Also the super cool lady thats was working at Starbucks. This hotel was also practicing covid rules and social distancing. My room was clean and spacious and was renovated. The hotel guests were both old and young however the environment was relaxing. Housekeeping did a wonderful job preparing the rooms. Thank you for making my birthday weekend very special!! renaissance midtown hotel thanks you!

  Wedding and 4 Rooms Best Service

  We went to Connecticut for a very small wedding for my daughter and decided to book 4 rooms and the wine room for a small reception I cannot tell you how friendly efficient and clean this hotel is staff does an excellent job making you feel important making sure you feel cared about and wanting to help with anything they can help you with rooms were very clean Spacious only drawback from the rooms is the hallways are a little noisy at night I think the doors are just a little too thin overall nothing bad to say did not disturb my sleep excellent hotel would recommend to anybody visiting Groton Connecticut it will be a good choice you wont be disappointed

  Classic Hospitality

  Marriott flagship brand is synonymous with high quality. This wasn't an exception :). It seemed like a busy weekend and had plenty of staff. The service was great and the only complaint I have was the worn restaurant dining room furniture. Otherwise, the food and service made up for it! We will probably be back someday when we want to go back to Foxwoods, Mohegan and the quant town of Mystic.

  Not a great location.

  If I had to do it again, I would not choose this hotel. First, there are much closer hotels to Mystic and attractions such as the Hilton and Hyatt Place. There is really nothing within walking distance of this hotel. Second, my big problem with the hotel is that the water in the shower was only WARM, not hot. When I complained to the front desk the guy told me that was because the hotel was full. I told him that I travel all the time for business and never heard of such a thing. Room was a nice size, but, between the location being far from everything and lack of hot water, I would not return to this hotel.
