  EXCELENTE

  Un lugar perfecto para ir de vacaciones. Las unidades de para renta son increibles, cuentan con todo lo necesario. Las mas cercanas a la playa son mejores y mas modernas. La playa es increible amplia, el mar espectacular. La ciudad es muy linda y hay muchos restaurantes de mar deliciosos!!!

  Wont go again

  We stayed here a year ago and had a good experience. This time we were in a different building closer to the ocean, and the result was much worse. Seems like the buildings close to the ocean dont have a good handle on humidity/mold control measures. I mean, come on, youre oceanfront! This is going to be an issue to keep up with. The bathroom floor was so water damaged, the subfloor was in need of replacement. The vinyl floor was now structural and you had to step on the floor beams. Half of us left with sinus infections and sore throats. They did provide an air filter and a discount, but if Id known about this we wouldnt have gone. You can smell the mold walking from the beach and between buildings. On the corona virus front, they had all pools shut down except for the kiddie area and lazy river. If the cleaning needs and virus concerns were the real reason for this, it definitely wasnt social distancing, therefore negating any steps taken. This was a downfall for our family, particularly with the heatwave we experienced while there. The kiddie pools became human tea cups with the intense heat and shallow water. Adding insult to injury, you could hear the water park of the neighboring campground, fully open and functional.

  Rip off! Misinformation about cancellation policy

  Booked a reservation on the phone after being told we had 48 hours to cancel when we made the reservation. Email came back and send it was non-cancellable and non-refundable. We called back to cancel as that is not what we were told and they said we could not. Lost $400. I would never do business with this company again! During these times EVERY place we have booked offers some kind of cancellation policy.

  Renaissance Tower: Day 2 no air conditioning

  Its miserable, its so hot and this was supposed to have been fixed by 4 today. No follow ups or timelines given. Ive been contemplating dragging a pillow out to the beach and just sleeping there. Masks arent enforced, there are tons of people on the lobby and elevators running around without them.

  Be informed

  We stayed in one of the 3 story (no elevator) buildings toward the front of the resort. Our 2 bed/2 bath condo was completely renovated and very nice. I was surprised there was not in unit laundry. Also, the master bed was only a double and the living room furniture was not comfortable at all. The second bedroom did not have a TV. The beach in this area is very nice. We were disappointed that the pools were not open. There were no COVID related health advisories regarding pools and we noticed the pools at hotels, etc. were open.
