  Family Holiday

  As an elderly person, it is my priority to have a comfortable and relaxing moment when travelling for a vacation. This year Thingyan Holiday was a memorable trip, as i can say, for me and my family to gather at a far away land, Loi Kaw. Age speaks when climbing up the stairs or any other uneven ground and for this special reason, me and my family was arranged to get the ground floor room at the hotel. Thanks to all the considerations from the Hotel staffs. I really experienced a marvelous local food at the hotel restaurant as it is not easy to go outside and find food at local shops during the water festival. Breakfast was mostly my favorite. It was very convenient to get a car rental at the hotel too even during the holiday season. Overall, i must say my heartfelt thanks to all Hote Myat Nan Taw staff for taking care of us during our stay at your hotel.

  Very good stay in Loikaw

  This hotel was TOP. Clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us out. They contacted us with an excellent community based tourism guide, called us a taxi to the bus station and even gave us some fruits from their garden. Really lovely stay. I would recommend it without hesitation.

  Great place to stay

  I stayed here for two weeks and was very happy with the standard. Jackie, Mimi and their staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were very good. Free bottled water, breakfast and wifi (although a little slow) plus a very good menu in the restaurant with many Western options.

  Hospitality at its best.

  Just experienced a 2 night stay at this delightful hotel that defines the word hospitality. Welcomed by charming, efficient and always smiling staff as well as Terrance, the manager, who is a treasure indeed. He can arrange a memorable tour of the area, especially if you are interested seeing the local charm of the ethnic villages and their amazing cultures. The hotel is immaculate with spacious rooms replete with all the amenities you could want, including WiFi all at reasonable pricing.

  Superb lodginbgs and service in a tourist-free part of Myanmar

  This is a real find. World traveler and managerTerrence speaks English and several other languages fluently and is a great story teller. He is also a great resource for travel in Myanmar. He will arrange superb trips to the surrounding countryside with a young woman from on of the local tribal groups.He also arranbged trips closer in through Loikaw. There are few if any tourists in this beautifulk part of Myanmar. The Hotel is spotless. The rooms are large. Wifi is strong. The included breakfast is magnificnt, with European and Myanmar choices. Other meals are as good. The staff is beyond helpful and charming. Terrence also helped us arrange a small boat for the 8 hour trip way up to Inle Lake. and Nyaungshwe. That was one of the highlights of our Myanmar trip. If you do that, then you do NOT need to schedule another trip to the lake when you get to Nyaungshwe.
