  Not one thing positive (Resaurant review)

  We had driven all the way from Da Nang to spend the night in Quang Ngai & after reading some half positive reviews about potentially hosting good food we decided toeat here. We were given menu's and after after 15 minutes somebody managed to get off their phone to ask if we wouldliketo order......turs out that the menu wasn't even available! there was 3 options printed on a small piece of paper hidden away out of site. Choice was, Morning Glory (Actually a plate of broccoli & soy sauce) Chicken hotpot? (actually chicken nuggets & chips) and a salad of......well nothing but lettuce! I can understand, it's an Asian country & if we wanted such a menu we should have visited England however there was nothing here that we could enjoy and we would have enjoyed local Vietnamese dishes however they went available. Wouldn't recommend to anyoe.

  Good service, standard room!

  The hotel locates on Tra Khuc riverside with beautiful view of the river and Tra Khuc bridge, it's since 1998, everything is old, but still beautiful. Buffet breakfast is good quality and diversity! Room is clear enough, Everything is just so so!

  Old and dated hotel

  I found this hotel to be quiet old and dated. The room was generally clean but the hotel room carpet has worn and had old cigarette burns. The TV in the room was an old style TV that seemed as old as the hotel. The dining room was not particular clean and the breakfast was below average. The view from the room was okay as it over looked the river and the room was spacious which were about the only highlights in my opinion.

  Old and dirty hotel

  I stayed only 1 night before I went to Ly Son island with my family and it was terrible. Only 1 elevator for 1 big old hotel, the breakfast was yaakii, has nothing to eat. I had my breakfast before 8am, and i asked to fill up some more dumplings, the staff said no more ? The A/C in my room was broken then I called reception to change my room. After changed, they told me all of the A/C over this hotel just like that, and they gave me 1 extra fan?

  Advertisement pictures is so different with real room

  I reserved a room in My Tra hotel via booking.com but when i came to receive room...oh my god...i felt so disappointed about everything here. 1. A front desk offficer is not friendly and when i asked him more detaily and i got nothing from him. 2. When i come to the room. The way to the room is so dark which made me feel uncomfortable and a little scared. 3. Getting into the room, no bathtub which is advertised on booking.com. And when i asked him about that, he told that i have to accept that and no explain. What a crazy experience in my holiday. I won't come back there even once.
