  Fresh and Clean

  The hotel is very new and everything was clean and fresh. It was easy access from the highway and there were plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly and everything worked as intended including Wi-Fi. I guess there really isn't much else to say.

  Clean room, extremely rude service

  I hate writing reviews like this. My daughter and I stayed at many places on a road-trip taking her to college. This was the only place we ran into poor service. We checked in after a long day's drive, traveling from populated places, wearing masks wherever we went, and this was the first place where nobody in the hotel wore face shields or masks. The front desk worker treated us with disdain as soon as we arrived. If we had not prepaid for the room, I have little doubt that she would have claimed their were no vacancies. She told us about their breakfast service as if she were doing us a favor, and needless to stay we passed. She clearly wanted nothing to do with us, and I'll assume that it was because we had face masks on and not because my eyes are smaller than most or that my hair is extremely dark. The room itself was spacious, had an ice maker, and was clean. The front desk worker whom we saw at checkout was much nicer, although we did see several workers outside the front door talking about another guest whose motorcycle apparently fell off. I wanted to like this place, and with different personnel it would probably be nice.

  My Place Will Now Be OUR PLACE

  We didnt even know My Place hotels even existed. But thanks to Taage Foreman, manager of Bobs Bike Shop from Le Mars, Iowa said this hotel had become his familys favorite. Our favorite feature of your hotel is the covered park- ing for motorcycles. How genius is that?

  Clean, safe, budget friendly

  Travelling in the time of Covid! We road tripped from Chicago to Yellowstone, and this was our second stop on our itinerary. The hotel is clean, and seemed safe. Clerks wore their mask, but it didnt seem to be strictly enforced among guests. Average room, safe, clean, budget friendly, and also i portant, pet friendly. Breakfast to go items were available in the morning. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

  Great stay

  Had a great stay, all employees were helpful, pleasant, and accommodating, no issues with stay and areas were kept clean even with all the mess created from the snow and drizzle, I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a cost effective place to stay that offered great service
