  Great place to stay!

  The staff is so helpful and friendly! Rooms are very nice and clean. It's located in a nice and quiet area and much better than other extended stays in Lubbock! I would definitely recommend this place!

  Most amazing staff and room

  I am a nurse and am staying an extended length of time here. I have stayed in many hotels and by far, this has been the most hospitable, most comfortable, and most pleasant stay i have ever experienced thus far. Ryan, the manager, (and his staff), has made sure that my stay here has been impeccable. It is quiet, pleasant.. they keep the rooms in order.. the hotel is always clean and presentable.. My room is always clean and comfortable. They make sure that my room feels like home, which is something I truly appreciate. The beds are super comfortable! I have nothing negative to say about this place! My Place Hotel has gained a fan and returning client! God bless this place!!!!

  Clean, comfortable, and a very caring team of employees.

  Im a nurse working the frontlines during the Covid 19 pandemic. I was generously given a free room for 2 full months (with the option to stay as long as I needed) with no strings attached so I could keep my family at home safe while I was exposed to the virus daily at work. Words cannot describe how much I appreciate this business. The manger, Ryan, was just a text or phone call away, day or night, if I ever needed anything. The room was as big as a one bedroom apartment and came with a comfortable bed, large TV with full cable, blackout curtains, a recliner to relax in, and a kitchenette which includes a stove, sink, disposal, full size fridge and freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and full size trash can. The bathroom was roomy and water pressure in the shower was amazing! All the linens were soft and the AC cooled to room down quickly which made getting to sleep easy. Also included is a laundry facility and mini market for necessities. I was most impressed with how clean everything was and how the staff takes pride in making their guests feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel, whether it be a short term or long term stay, you will not be disappointed!

  Very nice hotel and staff

  I am a first responder and infrastructure essential worker who has been working during this covid pandemic. This hotel has been a blessing; the staff, especially Ryan, the manager, is always helpful, courteous, and professional. I have traveled some, in the past, all over the world and stayed in many hotels, hostels, B&B's, etc. My Place Hotel - Lubbock ranks up there as one of, if not the best, of the places I've stayed. I also fully understand how the two owners were very gracious to offer housing to first responders a safe and healthy place to rest. They and their staff deserve praise for stepping up to serve the Lubbock community during this difficult time. You will not regret spending your time at this wonderful and kind hotel.

  Softball tournament

  Great place to stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again for next year's tournament. If you are ever in Lubbock TX I recommend you stay at My Place Hotel. Huge rooms with frig and stoves.
