    Definitely not worth the price!

    I have never stayed in a My Place Suites before and will not ever again. We were specifically looking for a place that had a kitchen and the reviews for this hotel were good. Upon arrival there was nothing in the kitchen. We had to request any and all items for cooking and eating. There was leftover food from the previous guest in the refrigerator making us question whether the room had been cleaned properly if at all. At $140 per night definitely not worth it. If it had been $80 we still wouldnt have been happy but sometimes you get, or in this case, dont get what you pay for. They did move us to another room but that room was not much better as far as cleanliness. So much for an extra effort during COVID. Try somewhere else.

    Clean and comfortable

    Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and very friendly! They followed COVID precautions. It had everything one would expect for a hotel at this price. We would stay here again!

    Great Hotel

    Great room with exceptional kitchenette. Most comfortable bed and sheets. Would stay here again! Convenient location. Good quality breakfast. Clean room. We had a pet and reasonable pet charge. Easy check in and out.

    My Place is the Best Place...

    Ive stayed in several other Amarillo hotels over the years (including the giant chain hotels), and have stayed at the My Place Hotel several times in recent years. My Place is now my #1 hotel. It is always comfortable and clean, as well as a great value. The management team is great (Susan at the front desk is awesome)...friendly and professional. Also, on a stay this month, Anna (the companys regional head of operations) took the time to personally help me with my Stay Rewarded account...she is terrific. I highly recommend My Place Hotel.

    Service and Cleanliness unmatched!

    Stayed here for one night on our cross country road trip and the staff was amazing! Very helpful and friendly really making the place feel like home. Fresh coffee and tea 24/7 and not a single issue with the cleanliness of the room or bathroom. If we ever go through Amarillo again this will be our #1 choice. You won't regret a stay here!
