  Short stay

  I stay for only about 9hours ii've got Weel sleap in the afternoon ,even my room close to the centre of market. The room are clean and The reception are very nice to me esspecially miss ASTRI . Thankyou

  NICE PLACE TO STAY

  Last Month I Visit This Hotel.Looking GOOD Hotel Very Close To Market that sell Cheap things.. Comfort Room To Sleap. Nice Service At Front Desk. Ms Astri And Indri and the Security also very Friendly..

  Mercury hotel Jakarta Kota is in the old town and close to Chinatown.the staff are very friendly while being very professional and helpful. The rooms are good and bed is comfortable.breakfast like all hotels could do with menu changes but is still good. Overall good value for money

  It was a pleasant one night stay at the heart of Jakarta city for me and my family. Cheap and safe place for a family or personnel stay. Staff is friendly and admire the service of front door security guys with their genuine smile and help...Room is reasonably tidy, but it lacked complementary tea/coffee maker which was a necessity for me....

  Under Construction, But Sell the Room

  Me and my family booked 1 room for check-in on Jan 18, 2020 thru Agoda, and I got confirmation. But when I arrived to the hotel, I've been told that the hotel is under construction and close since Jan 14 - 18, 2020. They will open again in Jan 19, 2020. We complained to Agoda, and Agoda was very helpful to contact the hotel. However, the hotel could not be reached because all phone and system were down due to construction, so Agoda offered us to moved to other hotel. I really admire the hotel staffs whose came to me and apologize and offer their help to prepare room for us. However, because the hotel was under construction and only us who will stay there, I decide to look for another hotel. Just a friendly reminder to MyHotel's Management : when your property was under construction and could not accept guest, please don't sell your room. You have to understand that not all of your customers are coming from same city as yours. Like us, they could come from other city or even other country. It's so lucky we come at evening time, so we have time to look for other hotel. If we were coming late evening, then I am very sure I will screaming to your Management. Please treated your customer properly and better way.
