    "Old outside but nice inside.."

    Nopember 7,2016 this time I had to go to cilacap. And I stayed in Mutiara hotel cilacap. First Time, I was shocked about this hotel. In front, It looked like an old hotel. The reception room with an old fan. But thanks God, after they sent me to my room, it was a great room. Big room with new carpet, new furniture, large LEd TV with tv cable. Toilet was also clean. Breakfast was very good! They have an executive lounge for breakfast with complete menu usually for 4 star hotel. I'll give 9 point for the breakfast! That night, I heard their room were full occupied.. Weakness, I can not use the wifi..

    Bad Gym Trainer Service

    The room is fine, quite big and comfortable. The pool help release the stress really. The staff bring their best service, but when my sister wanna try gym, Gym Trainer was very rude and unpolite. My advice when you guys decided to stay here, stay away from gym or the guy who act like the owner. Its quite dissappointing when i and my sister can give 4 star, but the Gym Trainer hold us on 2 star.

    Nice Hotel

    one of the old hotels in Cilacap are still prioritizing excellent service. all the staff are friendly. fast service. a strategic location near to the train station and the bus station is also downtown area. sports facilities free for guests complete as swimming pool, fitness center, and a billiards room you can enjoy here with the professional and friendly trainer

    Old hotel

    But for me, this is the best hotel that i ever stayed there in year of 90's Old hotel now, but last time very good, good entertainment, good cocktail (alcohol drink) but now, uhhh no more alcohol there, terrible

    Hotel nyaman dan good service

    Hotel mutiara is So Nice place.. and near with the nightclub : EC Karaoke, i like it. Tempat yang bagus, dekat dengan tempat karaoke: EC Karaoke Cilacap. and i wish to come to this place again. wonderful experience with this hotel.
