  Wake up call

  We could check in earlier than check in time, this was very convenient considering we had an early ferry from Bali. We rented a motorbike for 70k from the hotel, convenient and a simpel bike. We were staying in one of the bungalow Huts, super cute from the outside. The ladder up to the room and down to the bathroom was very steep. We as able young travellers even struggled with it. Furthermore, the bathroom was outdated and looked VERY dirty. The toilet brush was just thrown behind the toilet lying on the floor. Everything in the bathroom was damaged or broken and disgusting. The bathroom was downstairs behind the hut and did not feel like it had a lot of privacy as it had no roof and we could see the neighbours on all sides. Lastly. The door in the bathroom was completely unlocked so everyone had access to our room. Halfway through the night the electricity broke down. The AC stopped working and the room became a private sauna. Around 5-6 oclock I walked around the property to look for anyone to help me. Everything was open but nobody to be found. Even on the emergency number I did not get an answer after multiple calls. Very frustrating and impossible to sleep in this extreme heat. Around 7 or 8, after not having slept half of our night, the electricity started working again. The property itself looks nice, a lot of nature and a path through the hotel towards the beach and reception. The pool has salted water, but isnt clean at all. We had dinner at the hotel next door, really nice and cute with a simple but very good menu. We didnt eat at the hotel since the kitchen looked as bad as our bathroom.. All in all one of the worst places weve stayed in and we definitely strongly recommend anyone to look for something else. Advice to the owner(s) and manager(s): take all the reviews serious and start maintenance on your whole property!

  Horrible...

  Booked in for Xmas time and while the pictures online looked great the place was in need of an overhaul. Arriving it was hard to find the reception then we were put in a room that we didn't even book that was up a broken staircase that in our opinion was very dangerous. They did move us but the room was terrible from a shower that basically dribbled cold water to broken tiles, missing bits on the ceiling, peeling walls, doors that didn't close properly and rails missing to the pool down awkward stairs. In general the whole place needs to be fixed up majorly with rubbish scattered around the property and even faulty electrical wires on pathways that appeared to trip the power to the whole resort as maintenance staff were having to fix. Our friends had no air conditioning in their room which made their sleep terrible. We decided to leave after one night after pointing out the faults and they did not refund they paid nights instead telling them to take it up with Booking.com. Great location but in no way would we recommend anyone staying here!!

  on our three week trip thru bali & lembongan we stayed at many places, cheaper once & more expensive once, this place was price wise in the middle, we stayed at cheaper places with much more value .......... the location of the place is great but the place itself is not nice at all .......... it is very old and not really looked after which is a pity ......... everything at this place needs urgently a renovation but I think the owners or managmemt are not realy interested to invest some money and love into this place ........... it could be a magical place but I do not see it in the near future .........

  Bad Employees, Nice Nature

  The people at the hotel is just horrible. We wanted to rent a bike, first its overpriced compared to the island. Second they gave us a very old bike without mirrors. I asked for another one he was very annoying saying in the island you dont need mirrors. Turns out the back breaks didn't work very well either. We realized this going down a hill, so you can understand our frustration. On the way back our bike didn't work. Turns out the fuel gauge doesn't work either. We called the hotel for help, they had broken english, yelled a lot, talked among each other, laughed... We were 45min away from the hotel by walking. After trying for 10 min on phone we decided to leave the bike and walk. Fortunately we found a taxi which charged us more than the 1 days rent of bike... We asked them to pay for the taxi but they were asking for the bike rent. They are just shameless, rude and they just don't care! The breakfast is just funny. It takes them a long time to cook. It is very very bad indeed, the hostel we stayed before had better breakfast than this. You want be full. They also give orange juice which is just orange soda (coke with orange) this is incredible since you are on a island full of fresh fruits. The rooms are small, not the cleanest one. The open bathroom was horrible. It was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, it was positioned so bad that you couldn't sit easily on it. Also you can't go to the bathroom naked because the laundry is just next to you so they would see everything. The walls are very very thin, you will hear everything from next door. We weren't fortunate so we had to hear a guy blow his nose 50 times a night... The view from the restaurant and bar is very nice. The location is central, it was easy to reach when we landed from the boat. The nature is very nice.

  cold drinks, happy hour, delicious food, the price is also cheap. swimming pool, great view. all can be obtained here. I highly recommend this place for you, me and friends will come back to enjoy the atmosphere.
