    Good bed, bad breakfast

    Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Just what we expected. They charged us 15 euros per person for breakfast which we thought was expensive but expected a bountiful spread. The first morning the bountiful breakfast consisted of a few cold cuts, warm yogurt, luke warm eggs that appeared to be leftovers and warm coffee. The second morning was worse. There were no eggs, no yogurt and leftover coffee in some carafes. I put them together for two cups. I asked for cooked eggs and was brought some soft boiled eggs. Really? For 15 euros each. If the management reads this I would like a 60 euro refund.

    Very pleasant

    We stayed here on our first night in Hamburg. A very comfortable and pleasant hotel off the beaten path. Quiet, place, clean and modern rooms. Good on-premise parking, free wi-Fi and a very good restaurant is attached. Price was reasonable and we opted for the buffet breakfast in the morning.

    Perfect for our Needs

    We needed a place to spend one night after arriving from Iceland. This nice hotel met all our requirements. It was about an hour from the airport, near the A7 highway but not so near as to be noisy. It was located in a small suburban area that was very pleasant to walk. Lots of trees and beautiful flowers all around the area made it very pleasant. The room was large, very clean, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and included a hairdryer, which was handy as our adapter didn't work. There was a restaurant on the premises that was good. There was good internet. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was always someone who spoke English well enough that we could manage. We would certainly return.

    Very nice hotel, very clean (bath)room at the edge of a big city

    The restaurant was closed because of a renovation, which was a shame, the menu was very inviting. Fortunately there was a very nice restaurant along the road, at about 1 km from the hotel. The staff were very helpful in finding that restaurant and in finding our way the next day. Because half of Hamburg happened to be the subject of roadblocks when we were there.

    Fair quality for a nice price

    We spend 1 night in this hotel in South Hamburg. We 've been facing a misunderstanding with the reservation that was problematic (no bed for our son!). The man at the reception made all he could to find a solution and succeed. Very good service!
