  Good location and good breakfast

  We stayed In Vinh City for two nights to celebrate my son's wedding (my daughter - in - law's parents live in Vinh City). The breakfast has a wide range of options and they changed from day to day. We really appreciated the staff customer service. Just a few minutes before we had to go to the wedding, my husband noticed that the sole of his shoe had become partially detached. One of the bell boys took his shoe, rode his bicycle to the market, got his shoe repaired and returned his shoe within a record time, This was so much appreciated. Then, my son had accidentally left a shirt in our room. The cleaning staff alerted the front desk who held our taxi while the shirt was brought downstairs. Our thanks again for such prompt and very efficient service.

  Excellent hotel for a one night stay in Vinh

  We booked this last minute in a bind to get something in Vinh for the night, and we're glad we did. Quiet, beautiful, clean room, nice size, good service and an excellent breakfast (probably the best we had during our 2 months in Asia). We cannot comment on restaurants in the area because it was New Year's and everything was closed (had Pho at a small locals place). Excellent value.

  Too waste of money!

  I had a day stay in this hotel in my bussiness trip. This was my first time i stayed in a Muong Thanh Hotel and they absolutely made me never want to come to any hotel of thier chain. The hotel was quite big but the service was bad. First, their cleaners were the worst. I saw so much hair under the badsheet. And the most terrifying happened to me was i got a long hair in new towel when i used it to dry my face!!!! Next, the wardrobe was too noisy when it's opened or closed Third, they seems turned off the air conditional in the corridor. It's very cool in the lobby but hot in the corridor. And the last was staffs'attitude. They were not proffesional in front of customers. They were chatting thier own stories when they're serving and didn't show any friendliness excepting the receptionist and the bellboy. At their price, i'm sure that i can get a higher service in another hotel!

  Good location but a bit outdated

  The hotel was centrally located in Vinh, very close to Vinh market, Big C, and easily to travel around in minutes. Staff was friendly while room was spacious, and breakfast was good with lots of dishes to choose. On the other side, the room, however, was quite old and outdated. I saw many used towels were put along the windows, maybe prevent the walls from absorbing the rain or water, but looked quite disappointed to me.

  central location standard hotel

  Located around the centre of town, easy to find and close to most things. The entrance is impressively big but they went over the top with the glitz. The rooftop bar has a great view over the city. The room was a good size and comfortable. The breakfast would probably have been very impressive for Vietnamese people but international guests would be underwhelmed . At check in the staff where friendly but they where continually being interrupted and it ended up taking much longer than necessary.
