  Staffs nice but Hotel awful

  The staffs are nice but the hotel is dirty and very old. It is not clean cockroaches in the room ...would never book there again .. facility is too old see the pictures We have expressed this to the reception but it seems that they are ready know maybe there a plan already to renovate or rebuild it.

  Muong Thanh Holiday Hotel

  Hard to express my delight and surprise to find this Hotel. Very cheap for 5 star quality but thats the least of it . Sunrise and sunset from the balcony, the mountains and of course Le Petit Paris (Da Lat) constantly changing .The reception are super friendly and always helpful. Delicious breakfast meal. Highly recommend.

  Needs a good clean.

  Didnt want to even give 1 star. The only good thing about this hotel was the comfortable bed. Not best reception when staff member was coughing with tears coming from his eyes with the coronavirus around. Table in reception was so filthy I wrote clean me, it was still there 3 days later. Paid for a room with a view and got trees and noisy road. We were given a room with a connecting door hearing everything from the next room Including a non stop crying baby. When showering we had to take it in turns to hold up the nozzle so water would come out. No hot water in the shower and the bath was filthy. The room was filthy too. We had two toilet rolls on check in but one was taken away on the first room clean with 1 towel. 1 pillow each and when asking for another one each the reception said no because of the room type. First night maintenance were knocking down a door for hours. Tv was broken, breakfast was terrible. I wish I could have something nice to say but this 4* hotel is barely 1*. Pool was filthy, sauna and steam room were broken. Requested late check out but was declined, the hotel was empty. Wires hanging out the electrical box in the cupboard, dangerously hanging off the wall.

  Good Hotel and Good Location

  Stayed for a couple days at this hotel and satified with their services. The staff spoke well English and very helpful. The hotel is nearby the lake and the market as well as other tourist attractions. room is clean.and the bed is very comfortable. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

  Excellent service

  Many thanks to guys, who served us on 29th Sept 2020. Am so pleasure with their service. They made us feel warm and hommie. Recommendation for all who "d like to be going to stay here. All the staff touch my heart. Again thanks to Muong Thanh hotel!
