  Reasonable.

  Here you will find a hotel for a medium price and medium conforte. The rooms are small but not tiny. enough for a few days. The bed was comfortable and they gave me a couple size. There is a small table in the room, perfect to use at work. The internet is more or less. It works without fails but some times is slow, although for downloading emaisl is enough. The location is good if you have a car, you can go walking up to a small shopping mall, but the best abd bigeest shopping mall you recah after driving 5 min. Close to the hotel, there is few options to eat. Palmas is a city with few places to go. It´s a quite new city and need to develop a lot, for this reason you will not find very good hotels. The breakfast is good with weel done meals and reasonable number of options. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel and it is free. It is located more or less 20 km from the airport and the traffic is not high in this city. You reach any pint of the city, cinluding the aiport in 10min to 20 min.

  Deception

  I stayed at this hotel on two different occasions. The first visit was pleasant: good bed, tasty breakfast and overall ok service. Be warned that every additional towel has an extra fee. I have stayed at multiple hotels and never heard of such a policy. The second visit not so much. I will never come back to this property. The owner is a stuck up lady who does not know how to talk to her guests. Our king bed was two twin beds puts together, which kept me up all night when they separated. The last day I had a flight at 4pm and requested a half day. The employee replied they did not function in half a days, so I proceeded to pay another night even though I would only be staying 3 extra hours in the room. I was told I would pay $130 real because I was switching to a single bed (originally we were in a couples room for $150). I thought this was all resolved. When I came to check out, the bill was back to $150 because they charge $20 extra for having another person. I was furious out of principle because you would think they would have told me this before. They knew it was two people from the beginning so because of this stupidity I will not be coming back. I would not recommend his establishment to anyone. This hotel needs to learn how to treat their guests and not make them feel gipped.
