  Rusia es un país grande

  Quien no haya estado en Rusia tiene una buena oportunidad de ver el país y su gente desde el MUKARNAS. El hotel está muy bien, pero el comportamiento de los rusos es terrible.

  Un mundo entero en un hotel

  El hotel, ubicado lejos de la ciudad, ofrece todo lo que uno puede querer para estar entretenido desde la mañana hasta la noche. Desde bowling, disco, shopping, gym, playa hasta spa y un comedor infinito. Es genial, nosotros la pasamos muy bien, la comida rica, el servicio excelente, todos muy simpaticos. Genial!

  Excellent Stay

  My wife and myself have had 4 holidays over last 3years on this coastline. This year we visited the Mukarnas for the first time.From start to finish this hotel was by far the best of all of them we had stopped in on saying this there was nothing wrong with the others but Mukarnas our shone them. On arrival you were made welcome by staff on reception. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. There was never any problems getting a sunbed round the pool . All the areas where we had food whether during the day or the main restaurant on a night had plenty of food to chose from everyday. In the main restaurant the staff were always there to help you and very pleasant. Our bedroom was a lovely size and clean everyday to a good standard During our stay we spoke on few occasions to the customers relation lady sorry cant remember here name but may I say this lady was one of the most pleasant persons I have met in any hotel I have ever stayed in. She even had a photograph of the three of us taken on the day we left. We will defo been coming again. Well done to all at the Mukarnas.

  If you are a person of colour the dont waste your time

  So firstly the hotel itself is wonderful for children and families. The shows were really good and the food was nice. I am a fussy eater and managed to eat very easily daily. They catered to children, there was a kids club and daily shows and even a little icecream bar. The drinks were ok but not the best alcohol which is to be expected anyway. The beach is not really a dandy beach for building sand castles and sun bathing, it's very rocky. There is a pool for children which is lovely and shallow but also an adult pool with much deeper water. The cleaners came daily and cleaned out room and refilled our water and juice for the children. In the restaurant there was also a separate section for children with a fridge full of drinks for them and also baby food for younger children, they also had food to cater to children, things like nuggets, chips and pasta. The hotel was full of Russian people who were very rude to myself and my children. We are a brown skinned family and we were watched every single day and night by the guests. There was even a few occasions that the Russian guest would jump out of the way in disgust at us. The staff were so amazing with us and made us feel comfortable, which is the only reason I continued my holiday. Dont even bother with the convenience shop in the hotel.the manager is an absolutely disgusting human being. I took my children to the shop and purchased some LOL dolls which are not cheap, I asked him are they real or fake, he told me everything in the shop was real so I shouldnt worry. I paid for my purchases and left the shop. Upon opening the LOL dolls my children showed me them and I realised they were fake, I took the dolls back to the shop to explain they were fake and asked if I could have a refund as I asked before paying about their authenticity. The manager then proceeded to verbally abuse me and use racial insults. I stayed calm the whole time as my children were with me and I asked him again to just give me my refund so I can leave the shop and continue my holiday, he then continued to insult me and told me that he hopes I have the worst holiday ever and then threw the money at me. I spoke to a few staff in the hotel and was told there wasnt much they could do about it. The spa was lovely and made us feel very relaxed. All the staff there are again very lovely. We used the sauna daily and also got so other treatments throughout our 2 weeks stay. It feels safe to leave the hotel and walk along the road so there is no worries there. There is a baazar nearby where you can purchase an array of things. There is also a bus that takes you into the city centre and also stops at all the hotels so getting around is not problem. Overall the hotel itself is a great hotel but the manager in the shop and the russian guests made it a horrible experience. I would never ever go back to this hotel and would never recommend it to any brown skinned people. We met another brown skinned family and they said they were also treated rudely by the other russian guests, so it wasn't just my family. Thank you to the amazing staff in the restaurant and around the hotel who made my children feel special and helped them to enjoy their holiday.
