  More Bad than good

  Room furniture old and worn. Bathroom very old. But for the money it was OK. Very few staff understand some English, but everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. Location OK. Breakfast OK. But we had the feeling to be the only non-Russians. Very unpleasant. At 6:30 in the morning the beach chairs were already reserved before they went for breakfast. Then in the evening Russian disco music would be played. That was just too much. If I had wanted that, I could have gone to Sochi.

  Just needs a refresh

  We stayed at the resort of 4 nights, in August 2019, in a pool view room. Staff were very friendly and helpful, grounds were perfect and the pool cleaned constantly. The room was very spacious and everything was super clean, but both the room and furnishings were well worn. The bed was super comfortable and the linen nice. Although they could use some new towels. Not sure what was going on with the shower (which was over a bath) but every time we showered the bathroom floor was covered in water. We had both breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant during our stay. Would rate it as average at best. It appears they cater for Eastern European tourists and rather than serve good Vietnamese food, they serve average Westernised Vietnamese food, which lacks all the flavours you expect. It may be that the meals on the Western menu were better but we didn't try them. Used their laundry service while staying. Information in room stated a 12 hour turn around. Not sure if this was correct as it turns out you have to ring the desk and ask for the laundry to be returned rather than it just returning. Found this out when it hadn't turned up 24 hours later and rang the desk. Location was good, some restaurants within walking distance another a short taxi ride. Staff were very helpful in arranging taxis or tours.

  Overpriced tourist machine

  I paid 70$ pr night incl breakfast. It seems like a resort with an original ambition to be 4 stars , however in almost all areas of the experience the result lands at 3 : rooms generally worn , pool water wasnt very clear , no umbrellas , beach front restaurant staff only attentive to minimum required, breakfast had lot of options but mostly at cheap quality (mass produced ) , beach is nice immediately in front but 1 min walk to one side big piles of thrash . Most importantly the general feeling I got is that staff in general seem uninterested in the business .. the place has very little personality and charm .. it delivers what is promised , but in a minimum way and with very little feeling . To be fair the location and beach is ok compared to MuiNe . The place could be 4 stars .

  Rooms OK, surroundings great, safe, staff OK

  Spacious and very nice surroundings. Good breakfast. Clean pool, never overcrowded. Clear coast, with luck you get a free deck chair. Lots of pubs and shops near the hotel. Safe and quiet. We were 8 days and very very satisfied. All inscriptions at the reception only in Vietnamese and Russian. The staff have a poor understanding of English. Maybe you would attend an activity if the offer was also in English...Great for families and those who don't like noise

  Christmas trip

  I spent a few days here to celebrate Christmas 2020. It was several very enjoyable days, very nice staff, clean resort and delicious food. I was very happy! I will return in Muine DeCentury soon. I recommend it!
