  Great Hotel to visit.

  We stayed only two nights,and had a great time.The breakfast was great,the staff was very friendly,also very helpfull.The room was comfortable and clean,a central located hotel for visiting different kinds of places.

  Very good option for your Moselle&Saar bike trips

  Hotel itself is equiped and maintained compliant to 3*. Rooms are very clean and restaurant can provide you everyday "local catch of the day" - it means Moselle-Saar region cuisine. Staff is friendly and everyone can speaks English. There is beautiful sauna incl. room price! But I guess, that most important thing is, that hotel is located just 11km from Trier and cca 20km from Saarburg (very charming small town, don't forget visit it) and please believe me, that price ratio is much better, than to be accomodated directly in Trier - you can visit Trier by car within 10 mins, by bike within 20 mins (there are few supervised high qty bike-parking places). Very good option for bike trip is to visit Mettlach - Villeroy & Boch factory, but you will do the same trip once again by car, because you will want to buy something in V&B outlet ;-). There is also very famous view - Saar river bend "Saarschleife" - cca 3km from Mettlach. And please don't forget to drink everytime and everywhere exellent Riesling wines!!! Especially in Saarburg is one wine restaurant and shop "vino-kafe" and very friendly staff can provide very nice wine tasting tour of their own excellent wines, of course with excellent "wine compliant food" (home-made fig-chilli chutney with the combination of local cheeses is splended!!!).   Nice place not far from Trier

  This is very nice place to stay, especially if you have a car/bike or some other form of transport. Then it will be a very good alternative to staying in more touristy places closer to the cities. The receptionist (and the waitress at the same time :)) was friendly and helpful. We had a dinner there which was very authentic and tasty, and overly expensive, too! Overall, highly recommended.

  Nice rooms, friendly staff

  This is a great location for biking, and the hotel is particularly bicycle friendly (e.g. a locked shack for bikes). Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. All in all a perfect base to explore the upper Moselle and Saar rivers on your bicycle.

  Hotel is very very good !!!!!!!!!!! Nice and expensive room near Mozela and France , Luxembourg near big city Trier I come back here .............................great review..Nice small city and very nice is Mozela tree und blumen .
