  Good Value for Money

  Excellent services Excellent room & view especially the sea view is spectacular!! The lavish seating arrangements at every corner with variety of seating choices through out the hotel makes the stay even more pleasant! The only Minus point is the construction noises coming from the creek side and the many of the dishes on the dinner menu were not available as we were told the chef of that particular category was not around,+ most waiters seemed unprofessional +food took very long to be served.

  The best hotel in Zanzibar

  This hotel has the best facilities for everyone. Good location and its got a water theme park which can be enjoyable for any type of vacation. I would recommend this to all. You can also just take your family the the day out on water theme park if you dont want to stay at this hotel.

  the hotel is very beautifull but the staff is very unproffesional infact the service is pain in the neck , i would rate 0 to the service 2 to the resturant 4 to the view paying a bomb price for this hotel is not worth it because of there services totally bad

  Good place to stay

  I stayed with the hotel 2x already. The hotel staff were really very nice and helpful when it comes to calling for a taxi, reheating food for you, and overall taking care of their guest. Maybe, they just need to attend more to phone calls most especially the in room dining :) but overall the stay was great

  i've been to this hotel 3 times for job , the hotel is new, but without details, the staff isn't professional, the crystals from all the common areas, they're dirty as chairs, we ordered to eat out of the letter because the buffet you had to be ready at 12:00 13 was still empty, we ordered a fruit basket and we got a plate and paid the basket!!!!! we're both allergic to the Cats. (We found their hair all over the room and in the balcony chairs) terrible for us i forgot a dress hanging behind the bathroom door (a dress made up by a very expensive designer who gave me at Christmas my husband) I've been asking for every way to look for him, I called so many times, I had to go back there trying to reach a manager (, they only looked for lost objects and, or they found I asked for more neighbour to the staff because my dress was there!, but never, never did! the unfortunate attitude in a hotel is very unfortunate: five stars are allegedly lacking professionalism and attention in all respects! or I'll come back of course and food, better go out and eat a lot better anywhere on the street
