  Hotel de 5 estrellas, que no merece ni 3

  Cuando decidimos pasar unos días de vacaciones, mi mujer y yo, en Bulgaria y Macedonia, escogimos para el final un hotel en la zona de Burgas, en el mar Negro. Elegimos este hotel porque en la información decía que era un 5 estrellas en primera línea de playa... La verdad es que es un fraude porque vas con la idea de que un hotel de esa categoría tiene que tener unas instalaciones dignas y un buen servicio de personal, y salvo que está en primera línea de playa, el resto tiene muchísimas deficiencias: la comida, el trato del personal, ( que parece que te están salvando la vida cada vez que te hablan). Desde luego no alcanza los mínimos estándares de calidad, en minguno de los apartados de un hotel. Aquí en Bulgaria deben de regalar las estrelas. Muy mal trato en general. No volvería en mi vida

  Malo y desactualizado

  Escogimos este hotel cuando íbamos sin rumbo en coche y por internet porque lo vimos próximo a donde estábamos y delante de la playa. Lo reservamos por booking. Cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta que era un todo incluido. Bueno, solo entraba el desayuno, la comida y la cena sin bebidas. Aúnque en internet viene como un 5 estrellas, no llega ni a 2 estrellas. Las habitaciones están desfasadas, la moqueta de la habitacion sucia. Tanto a la hora del desayuno, como la comida o cena un desbarajuste. En cuanto se acaba la comida una hora antes del cierre del restaurante ya no reponen. La comida mala con ganas. El ambiente malo. Lo único bueno la ubicación. Está delante de la playa. No lo recomiendo. No es caro pero al final es tan mala la calidad que sale caro.

  Lovely Hotel - No Customer Service Whatsoever

  Clean hotel with nice rooms. No customer service, the staff (with the odd exception) were surly, rude and unhelpful. Despite the rep getting involved, the safe in our room was broken and was never mended or replaced during our stay. We went in early September and wondered why places were closing but apparently it was the last week of the summer season and we hadn't been made aware of this. We were still on holiday when the hotel literally packed up around us. By mid morning of our last day, the reception area, all the pool and beach areas and both the bars had been mothballed for the winter. Even the carpets had been rolled up. This is appalling when there are still guests in the hotel expecting to be able to get drinks and food. We were the last guests in the hotel and when we left there was not one member of staff anywhere. Needless to say we would not return to either Bulgaria or this hotel. You have been warned!

  AWFUL - AVOID!!!

  First trip to Bulgaria - based on this I would never return. Ive never written an awfully bad review before but feel like I would of liked to have seen an honest review before I booked. Me and my partner stayed here in September for 10 nights as soon as we arrived to check in it was very clear the receptionist didnt speak English which made checking in / asking questions about the hotel difficult, weve never been Bulgaria before so needed to know where the local buses and taxis went from but this seemed to be a common theme throughout the whole hotel no one seemed to speak English or if they did they could not be bothered and made it clear. Food - we were half board so breakfast and evening meal. The food was a very good variety something for everyone the downfall was everything was cold. The buffet didnt have heaters, there was 2 other English couples in the hotel at the same time as us and they both complained about the heat of the food and the response they got was what do you want us to do!! So we never wasted our time complaining we just ate out instead. Location - the hotel is the furthest away from the airport it is the quietest part of the island no local bars or restaurants without getting a taxi to Sveti Vlas. There is a local Aldo next to the hotel and a few souvenir shops that is all. Not ideal for a young couple, something we should of looked more into before booking. Room - the only saving grace from this whole experience is the room was lovely & the views from the room were beautiful. The fridge was very tiny only big enough for 3/4 bottles of water nothing else. Overall I would not recommend this hotel due to the clear issue with English customers. Almost as if theyve gone back in time and were second class citizens. disgraceful. All of the Eastern European and Russian customers received great service from the staff. I have logged a formal complaint with Jet2 around the service received so they can investigate. Avoid avoid avoid.

  Great Hotel and Value

  Awesome value hotel, away from the tourists and the crowd of Sunny Beach. I saw some reviews that the staff don't speak English which is totally not true! Yes, they don't speak like a native speakers but just enough for the guest needs! The food was amazing and plenty of dishes to choose from. I would highly recommend it and will definitely visit it again!
