  Perfect stay at MPM Arsena in Nessebar

  Wonderful stay with TUI Poland at MPM Arsena hotel in Nessebar. Perfect location next to private beach and 10min walk to Old Town. Check-in without any problems just after arriving. Service in hotel always do their best. Big and very clean rooms, daily cleaning and towel change at request. Internal pool with heated water and sauna included. Water in external pool was very cold and it was hard to step in. Almost nobody use it during our stay. Very varied meals at the main restaurant, evryone can find something that will fulfill his requirements. Also very clean. Unfortunately bar on the beach was out of order during our stay (second half of September) despite it suppose to be opeen according offer in travel agency. Bartenders are well skilled and prepare a lot of drinks. To sum up hotel is most probably one of the best in this location and we will chose it one more time if we go to Nessebar in the future.

  we travelled july 2019, balkan travel(not too impressed)... hotel was in a cracking location, on the beach but close to local bars restaraunts shops etc. also close to old nessebar. hotel was clean & tidy. we had a nice room on the 4th floor over looking the pool area & sea view. room was cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. spot on. staff were nice & would go out of their way to help. main buffet restaraunt was busy most services & quite small considering the size of the hotel. seemed to be a fair variety of food but quality wasnt up to much..

  The best virgin mojito made by Jordan

  I will write more about this hotel at the end of our stay but can't hold my excitement about the best non-alcohic mojito I've had in my life. Jordan is only 19 year old but a real magician when it comes to cocktails. I don't drink alcohol and have tried the non-alcoholic cocktails in some of the world highest rated venues and establishment but today in MPM lobby bar I was absolutely surprised by the amazing cocktail I was served! Wonderful job. All bartenders in the hotel are absolutely amazing

  Private beach, free sunbeds 'hotel guests only'

  Medium-sized hotel in medium-sized cove. Fine sand, gentle slope. Pros: Position: Front-row, private beach with free sunbeds for hotel guests; 15 mins walk from old town Nesebar. Reinforced pandemic precautions. A few free parking lots. Average: Repetitive, boring food, no 'themed dinners', nor (except supermarket frozen fish) seafood. Decent WiFi until hotel became crowded. Entertainment enthusiastic, but badly timed ('wake-up gymnastics' 10-11am under the scorching July sun), repetitive, lacking space and kids-oriented ('kids party' only, day after day after day). Cons: Food only accessible via hotel personnel from behind a plastic wall. 2 overworked ladies barely understanding any non-Bulgarian word (nor English, nor German, not to mention other), serving (with no respect to any queue nor social distancing) salads, soups, seasonings, main courses and desserts for 100+ persons within a 2 hours/meal while meantime also replenishing the trays and taking occasional breaks. Bottlenecks assured, arguments, frustration. Any 'small extra' thus requiring another 10-15 mins queue before catching their attention again- really, wouldn't call that Ultra All Inclusive! Conclusion: perfect spot if only 'want to lay down', look elsewhere for a 'memorable experience' (my 6th time Bulgarian All-Inclusive, this one was definitely 'Average')

  Awesome vacation in corona-time!

  I was here with my grandma in July 2020 and we weren't disappointed! We had big, tidy room with view to the pool and sea. Room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed everyday too. People in the hotel were nice and helpful, but waiters in the restaurant, who picks up the food for you were slightly annoyed...Food was good, but it was kinda hard to pick, when you can't taste it first. Pizza in the pool bar was awesome! Animators were awesome too! Water in the pool was kinda cold, but after some time, you'll get used to it. Sea was perfectly warm, but be aware of jellyfish! Boulevard street close to the hotel was kinda empty, but some shops were opened. I'll go to this hotel again next year! :)
