  Family Hotel

  We have chosen this hotel for our spring skiing with our teens during Eastern time. Hotel is focused on family holiday and if you are looking for quite and relax dinner or breakfast you will certainly miss it. There is presentaiton on hotel website only 10 minutes to Serfaus Fiss Ladis arena but it is wrong information. To Ladis where is the first lift to arena it is more than 30 minutes by free shuttle or 20 minutes by car. Arena is fantastic, very modern lifts, all places are connected, wide and landscape slopes, great Alms with tiroler food. We had apartment for 4 with one bedrrom and living room with big bed, clean and quite. Breakfast and dinner was good, thank you for our Slovak waiter! Reccomended for family holiday with small kids!

  Great vacation!

  we spent in the hotel a wonderful winter week (3 adults and 2 children 3 and 14 years old). The staff were very friendly. Hotel is clean. The room was big with a beautiful view. The hotel has a large, interesting aquazone for adults and children, a stunning pirate ship for youngest child and a cozy spa for adult. The food was full board with a variety of dinners from the chef like as good gastronomic resaurant, delicious afternoon snack with lots of desserts. Daily programs in the lobby bar with a life music and a good choice of cocktails. we went to skiing in Fendels which is only 100metres from the hotel. And we went to Ladis and Fiss by hotel freee bus and skied there.We want to go back and highly recommended this hotel.

  Great family friendly hotel with gorgeous dinner

  We have stayed in this hotel for the 3rd time. Great service, friendly staff. They have a Kinderclub (Kids club), it's open 6 days a week, only Saturdays closed. You can "park" your child there for a couple of hours, or if they're bigger, like mine (she's 6), they'll go there by themselves and you'll have a hard time to take them away, hahahaha. Great programs for the kids the whole day: arts and crafts, walk in the snow, T-Shirt painting, kids disco, movie. You can also sign them up for Kids club dinner - than you can eat your own peacefully ::)) The dinner is gorgeous in the hotel restaurant. Every day you can choose from 3 different kinds of main courses, one of them is vegetarian. 5 course dinner, very tasty, served artistically. You'll also have hard time to take your kids away from the Dschungelbad, where there is a fun water playground with incredibly comfortable warm water and a huge waterslide, the biggest of the region if I am not wrong. The ski lift is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

  Extremely pleased

  Get ready to fall in love with this hotel. Almost everything about it was perfect. I was there with small children and the facility could have not be better designed around the small once and their parents The swimming and spa area are very nice The food is great (quality, choice...). The afternoon snack is a pleasant surprise that add a lot value to the tired skiers. The location is very good, only 10 min drive to reach Ladis. However it would have been grater if the hotel, drops off time and pick up time were more synchronised with the ski school time. Being with crutches during my stay... left me not too impressed with the amount of stairs to use the swimming pool and the relaxing area :( Overall very happy

  Disappointing

  We have stayed at this hotel twice now and unfortunately there will not be a third time. Staff however are lovely but there are a few niggles which I think they need to look into! Charging 1.50 euro for tap water in the restaurant is just CHEAP. We have already bought drinks to have with dinner but charging for tap water? (You are not charging for tap water in the spa or rooms, we are already paying guests). They have a lovely pool area for `toddlers' and fantastic water slide which the kids love but signs up saying children are not allowed in the bigger pool area BUT the children's pool area is too small for bigger kids. Most people ignored this and allowed their kids in there and its time management took down the not allowed signs and reviewed this. The reason for our little trip to Austria was to celebrate my daughters 8th birthday, we have stayed other years in Austria for her birthday as well as my husbands and have really appreciated the extra something special that the hotels have done on the day, even something as little as putting some birthday decorations on the table - its never been requested by us but has always been nice and makes a birthday stay just a little bit extra special. My daughter never even got a Happy Birthday said to her which quite frankly is just poor and what made our stay more than disappointing......
