  Super cool

  Muy agradable lugar, el lobby super moderno entretenido y muy buen staff en la barra y alberca las habitaciones muy limpias, me encanto el shampoo, el area de juegos es genial los baños del lobby muy limpios y las housekeepers muy amables y serviciales, sin duda recomiendo ampliamente este hotel aparte esta muy bien ubicado tiene cerca muchos lugares para comer y puedes caminar o andar libremente en bicicleta que brinda el mismo hotel

  Basics for a Hotel don't exist here

  I personally need a good night of sleep and a proper shower. Those basics don't exist here. The rooms have a "smart" light under the bed that turns on when someone walks by, an interesting idea to help people go to the bathroom. Unfortunately this light is not smart at all, it has its own life and turns on at it own will, walking you up many times in the middle of the night. The windows are not soundproofed so you will hear a lot of external noise. Finally, we were three people ,three days, nine showers. Three out of nice showers were cold, there was no hot water. Final day before going to the airport it would be great to shave, no hot water. Room communications via the Marriott app still has a lot to improve. It takes on average 30 minutes for someone to respond. Most of the requests you have to do it yourself (go down for an extra blanked or basis like toilette paper. There was not enough toilette paper and we had to go to the reception for more). On the positive side, good location, nice staff, nice decoration. BTW, the arcades are free of charge but they don't work.

  Average comfort funky hotel

  Nice location Funky things including graffiti and furniture in room. Bed is average comfort- the most imp thing i look for in a hotel room. Staff nice. The views are not great. You get the feel of motel when you get out on patio

  Fun, funky affordable. Clean, safe and relaxed atmosphere right next at ASU.

  Loved my stay there. Super friendly staff with a clean and cool room for a solo traveler. Great open lobby w/ bar and free old school video games. A+ all around. Very convenient location right next to ASU/dining (post-covid will be much better)/ and attractions not far away. Fun, clean, relaxed hotel in the heart of Tempe.

  Not What I Was Expecting

  I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and I frequently stay at Marriott hotels often. I was curious about staying at the Moxy boutique hotel and was extremely disappointed. If I could have received my money back and stayed somewhere else, I would. I ended up in 3 different rooms. The first room had issues with the toilet and they offered to bring me up a plunger to use to correct the issue. I'm sorry but I did not come on vacation from Miami, Fl to Phoenix, AZ to plunge toilets. Then the 2nd room they placed us in had issues with the a/c. We went into the room and it was hot and we attempted to adjust the temperature in the room and the entire control panel fell off the wall. So after that they ended up putting us in one of their "Suites" for the remainder of our stay. I requested extra pillows and was told they didn't have any. I requested more body wash and didn't get any. Every time I called for extra towels, I had to go to the front desk to get them. Upon arrival I noticed the main focal point of this hotel was the bar. My accompanying male friend drinks excessively which I expressed when checking in and told the employee that I'm the only person that can charge against the room and she indicated she would note that in my stay. Not only did she not note it in my stay but when my friend arrived to the hotel at 3am after a delayed flight, the employee told him what I had said which caused an argument at 4am in the morning. Needless to say he ran up a bar tab charged to the room .
