  We had a great time at the resort as they have a good restaurant in one of the buildings. Underground parking was excellent and convenient. The rooms are spacious with everything you need to enjoy Your stay. It is always great to be right on the hill so you can ski or snowboard right to the front door of the building you were staying in. We had a great time and will go again. Kimberly is a great little town with good restaurants and fun stuff to do.

  Stylish, but poorly built and poorly maintained

  Based on our recent stay in this place: it was built with the style in mind, no doubt. But it looks like most of the money were spend on style and little was left to pay for the proper design and maintenance . Some of the issues we had there: - In the one-bedroom apartment we stayed in there was only one AC\heating register for the entire place and it was right above the bed. Good luck having a good night of sleep while this thing makes noise and blows hot air to your faces. We ended up shutting it down completely. - There was a huge air intake\outlet for underground parking heating\air system right under our bedroom window. We found about it when it kicked in for the first time about 30 minutes after midnight and kept going for 20 minutes with loud noise. - There are several other issues with the way the building was built and how poorly it is maintained. I don't own any part of it and I do not care about those issues, but I think it is worth mentioning here because they might affect your stay. In general - I would not recommend this place. Kimberly is not big, but you could find other places to stay.

  Beautiful spot

  This resort is very welcoming under the circumstances. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The tv is very small but at least you have two. The toilet is in a very small room and the beautiful stand alone tub puts out yellow water. The pool is very nice to have but is very small when kids are in there and you have 1 hr so everyone gets a chance to get in. The hot tub is very spacious. There are no chairs around the pool or around the grounds(you cant sit out and enjoy the view, we had to walk over to another building to sit in the sun ). There is a restaurant in the next building that we didnt know about until this evening, we did eat at the golf course that wasnt bad but the stone..... restaurant wasnt good at all. Over all it was a nice place to stay but 200 a night??

  Very modern and clean

  We went to this hotel having now expectations as it was a gifted to us for Christmas. Usually we would prefer to stay at an older type lodge, however this was a nice unexpected treat. It seems very new and is very modern. The whole family enjoyed this condo room in this great town. Everything was very clean and COVID procedures were very evidently followed through the hotel.

  Pre Spring Ski Trip

  Arrived to do some skiing because we have never been to this area for skiing. I have been wanting to stay at this place for a very long time. The resort is lovely. On the newer/modern side. The room was lovely and just as you would expect. Clean, well taken care of and well stocked. There are only two bad things about this stay: First - The resort is a little off the to side of the ski in/out. Made it a little annoying when it came to going back and forth from the room to the hill. Second, a staff worker named Carolyn was working during one of our nights there. Her rude attitude, tone and mannerisms made me very stressed and uncomfortable. Im not really concerned with whether you want to go home early or if youre having a bad day. I do however have an issue when that rude mannerism comes to affect guests stay. Rude comments towards the BBQ, or coming not once, but twice, to bark at guests about the count down for hot tub time and then stomping dramatically on the poolside while we were still trying to enjoy the last 15 mins of our evening after skiing is not acceptable behaviour to me. On a side note: Margarite and Patsy are absolutely lovely and show the true meaning of what customer service and hospitality should look like. Thank you so much ladies.
