  Not Good Enough

  The reservation at the booking was with DOUBLE BED! There was two single beds. There is no soundpoofing you can hear everything that happesn outside of your door!!! WiFi at the rooms is lagging continously. The rooms are old and some walls need repair. Also the hotel is complicated and you can get lost, there are two 3rd floors at the one of the two lifts :/ The swimming pool and the steam bath were dirty and some lockers broken. The spirral of shower at the spa was destroyed, jesus, it cost 2euro! Good location, very hot rooms, easy parking and near the ski area. Breakfast had variety, but it wasnt tasty. The bus shuttle is very helpful. Near the ski area by foot but very dark in the night walk!

  Total disappointment !

  I'm not going to write much. Shortly second visit and a total disappointment ( food, cleaning,noise,food,no hot water,pool and jacuzzi not cleaned,no WiFi,kids playground not cleaned at all,the reception desk doesn't have any answers on our questions,they don't even know anything about Bansko,or where is the nearest pharmacy....)

  I would NOT recommend!

  There is so much completely wrong with this hotel that I think it is best to list the problems - - Breakfast and dinners have the exact same boring, stale, stone cold options. They call this a buffet yet there is approx 8 different 'hot' dishes - these are kept warm by candles, hence it always being stone cold. - Staff are unhelpful and blunt (except the bar man) - on the second day we asked for batteries as our remote control for the TV didn't seem to be working then we got told that the TV's aren't working. We asked the receptionist if there was a toaster around and whilst sitting there with her shirt practically undone she stated she had no idea and clearly had no interest in looking for us. - The water fluctuates from hot to cold like there is no tomorrow. - The pool in the spa was so cloudy that I could barley see my legs, the lockers were dirty and the keys were so stiff that I had to force it shut. - We were there for 5 days in total and our towels didn't get changed once! - The building overall was so hot! We were breaking a sweat walking around in T-Shirts. Down to all of the above my partner and I were forced to eat out for dinner everyday, having paid for half board already we gutted that we had to pay to eat out everyday - if we didn't we would have been left starving! We do not recommend coming to this hotel!!!

  3 stars for a 3 star hotel

  You get what you pay for here. Our room stank of cigarettes when we moved in which we weren't impressed with. The pillows and duvets were far to small but that being said the warms were very warm which was great. On the positive side there were great facilities available here and isn't too far from the main attractions of Bansko.

  Noisy peole are welcome

  This place is for people who like drunk parties with a lot of noise. Nobody can say you a word, because they have no rules for guests. You can shout as loud as you can from 11p.m til 3 a.m. and the receptionist will wish your neighbours good night with a humble smile. Do you want to ski and sleep well? Choose another hotel. Good night.
