  This is about the studios

  I admit I booked this hotel because of the reasonable price and the 4 star average on here. After staying there I think most of the ver positive reviews must have been based on the apartments rather than the studios. Good points. Parking in front of the studio. Very clean. Good kitchenette. Good supply of hot water for the shower. Not too far to walk to the Basin. Bad points No soundproofing. People in the next studio could be heard speaking at normal volume It is literally right next to a very large primary school...that is what the view from the studio's windows is of No security...the windows have to be secured shut which makes it very hot. No aircon

  MOTEL SUX!!!!

  What a horrid dump!!!!! You couldn't pay me to stay again....Downstairs unit.... First thing that greets me is a cigarette butt on the doorstep...Out the sliding door theres another one.... The sheets look used and had stains... Apparently people use oils and they said they can't get stains off. (Never seen that before!)...you felt dirty sleeping in them. It smelt and felt damp in there..not to mention the damp and mould on the lounge ceiling. Uncleaned tv cabinet. The kitchen looked clean apart from a stained teatowel, dirty foil under element and dirty knobs on the oven. I couldn't wait to get out of there!

  Convenient location with stuffy rooms

  While the location was convenient and the rooms adequate, it was very stuffy and hot since there were no air conditioning especially during this hot summer. What irks us was that check outs were supposed to be at 10am but was hastened out by 9.30am which was really discourteous.

  Very Unpleasant Stay

  This has to be one of the worst motels I've stayed in. We were put here on a work trip and couldn't believe how bad it was. The beds were so uncomfortable I could barely sleep. The walls were so thin I could hear people talking in the next room at 5am and showering all hours of the night. It was so dirty in my colleagues room - there appeared to be vomit on the curtains, old food all around the place, stains on the carpet. My toilet wouldn't flush properly and TV had two long lines of dead pixels down the middle. The only saving graces were the good quality wifi and the location.

  Had my drivers license information stolen and used to fraudulently to obtain a credit card.

  What's worse is they don't understand English when you mention identity theft and they don't want to know. I stayed on the 23rd of December by the 28th December they had obtained a credit card. Somebody who works there is a theft. BE WARNED , its been a costly and time consuming and on going expense .
