  Did not stay, the hotel was so bad

  We went for a birthday get away for my husband with our Harleys in our truck and trailer. The front of the hotel is not terrible, older but not sketchy. We were assigned a room in the back on the second floor. As soon as we pulled around the back of the hotel we saw a bunch of undesirable people hanging out in the parking lot drinking at 6 pm, kids running around like they have been staying there for a long time and where we parked there were stairs to another parking lot that had abandoned broken into cars with the wheels missing and windows smashed in. There is also a sewer treatment plant behind this parking lot and the smell was terrible. We went to check out the room and were greeted by bags of trash lining the sidewalks to the elevators and once in our room the floor was filthy to the point I would not remove my shoes, the bed had burn marks on the comforter and stains on the sheets as well as cigarette ashes all over the "clean" sheets. There was a full ash tray on the night stand that was so badly damaged by water the side was at a 90 degree angle. The bathroom was dirty and there was only one towel and no shampoo or soap leading us to believe this room was not properly cleaned. When we looked out our window even more undesirable people continued to fill the parking lot and were grilling out like they were regular residents there. Having a lot of valuables in our truck and trailer and the filthy conditions of the room we knew we weren't going to be able to sleep there and truly felt our stuff nor us were not safe. We wouldn't even leave our stuff to walk over to the dinner next door. We decided to go to the desk and let them know our concerns and cancel our reservation. We were told we couldn't because we had been there for a while already (it was literally long enough to park, drag our suit cases to the elevator and look around the room). Finally after arguing about the safety of the location we were given a refund for all but one night which again I do not agree with as the room had not been cleaned and looked as though someone just had left for dinner. I truly believe that this hotel is used as section 8 housing when there are no apartments available. What has me the most upset is the lack of understanding from the the desk staff and when we pointed it out it was like "who cares". She wasn't even shocked when we told her the condition of our room after she looked to see who cleaned it. It was "oh yeah". It was so bad we left without other accomodations and were willing to drive back home if we couldn't find any.

  Reception desk friendly. If you need sheets ? A microwave? Or soap? Just go to front office and ask. Yes that's correct you read it right. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Very low doe. Throw your luggage out and bags if you don't smoke. Sleep against the door and take your stuff with you every day. Why not just sleep in your car has only 2.45 a gallon .

  Disgusting

  The people who work their are extremely rude. The hotel reeks of cigarette and dog poop. They dont clean the rooms, wouldnt be surprised if they dont change the sheets!! I wouldnt recommend laying your head here.

  Very nice front desk ladies every time I've come to this hotel. Price is decent. Large number of rooms and parking. Televisions always work. Usually very clean. However, this visit I got a room that was very dirty. Not sure how long it's been since sheets were changed. Bed looked as if it were made in the dark. Toilet and bathroom likely have never been cleaned since the hotel opened. No washrags. Our stay started with me cleaning the filthy toilet. Only to then realize it doesn't even flush. Had to call desk, then have maintenance in my room fixing toilet at eleven thirty at night. I asked can I have another room, he said no. I asked may I have washrags and clean sheets. He said he has other things to do. By the time he was done fixing toilet the bathroom and some of room were flooded. I then had to clean his mess up.

  Filthy everything sheets towels floors everything.

  Ive stayed in a lot of hotels while traveling, this hotel is about a three star which is reasonable to stay in after a day of long driving. But actually I give it no stars everything was filthy.I honestly dont know how can they give u a room in this condition.totally unacceptable.The towels were stained and dirty pillowcases had holes in them sheets had all types of stains.Honestly they should shut this place down
