  Reservation Cancelled even though was confirmed.

  I booked this motel a night prior to my business trip. After leaving at 7:30am, driving 3 hours to our destination, working a 10 hour day, I really looked forward to going to our room and sleeping so I could be at work for 6:30 the next morning. While working (about 8pm), I got a phone call from an unknown number. When I got done working (about 10pm), I listened to the voicemail. It said Hi Lisa, this is Sharon calling to confirm your room. If you still need it, please let us know. Expedia sent me a confirmation text, email, and I even went to their page to confirm my booking. It said Booked. No need to confirm. I called the number back, asked about that weird message and was told that they couldnt find my reservation. After driving there, we were greeted by Crystal. She tried calling Sharon multiple times, but she did not answer. Instead, she sent a text saying that the card didnt go through and its first come, first serve. How incredibly rude. Being 3 hours from home and leaving us without a place for the night. I chose the option on Expedia to pay at the hotel when I got there. She never even called to tell me or even mention anything about payment. Once again, my reservation said confirmed. It was hard finding a hotel at 11pm on Saturday night. Also, I had a work associate with me so we were sharing a room. How embarrassing that I had to go book another room and put him through this after he showed up. So, after Crystal kindly called multiple hotels, she found something for us about 20 mins away. All I can say is the best thing about this whole experience was Crystals kindness and patience with us. I wont ever recommend booking here if Sharon is still working. Otherwise, you might have a 50/50 chance of having a room. Ive never had an experience like this before and I would never wish it on anybody.

  Great Motel

  Motel 6 in Warminster has the nicest, most respectable staff. The rooms are clean, anything we needed they are always quick to help. Shateama manages the place very professionally and the girls at the front desk are very friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

  Shateama is the manager and is very professional and runs the place great. The rooms are as is. My wife and i stay here alot and its very clean all the staff will get you whatever you ask for or may need. In my opinion i give it 4 outta 5 stars as far as the staff and cleanliness if you people are snobby and use to mommy and daddy life then this aint the place for you. I love motel 6 in warminster

  Bed bugs!!!!

  Stayed here after a long drive, went to bed to only be woken up being eaten alive...by BED BUGS! Not just one, several. Upon looking, found large dead ones on the floor behind the bed, along with large and small ones alive on the mattress,old blood stains on the bedding and mattress. Went to the front desk to talk to them about it, met with a very unprofessional attitude by the desk clerk, who said that they would need to call in a exterminator to verify, she wouldn't come look at the room, so I showed her the photos and videos I have taken. Didn't care. So I called the health inspector who got on the phone with the front desk and I was immediately refunded and told to immediately vacate the premises. Do NOT stay here. Workers don't care about your stay, nor the health issues with having a huge bed bug problem. These are just a FEW of the photos I took, along with several videos. This has been ongoing and obviously they have done nothing about it

  Crystal, the front desk girl is very friendly & helpful. The staff is helpful in general. Very accommodating. Rooms are always clean. They make you feel like family. Housekeeper is very sweet & always asks if we need anything.
