  preferible quedarse durmiendo en el carro

  Es un hotel extremadamente bien ubicado en la hermosisima ciudad de temecula ca. cerca a los mejores y mas lujosos casinos que hay al sur de California , Pero que lastima el hotel unicamente pase una noche con mi esposo, el ruido es terrible dejan trailers afuera con el motor prendido, en las habitaciones unicamente dejan dos toallas , las camas huelen mal y los tendidos parece no los cambiaran totalmente arrugados, los banos son viejos , no lo recomendaria nunca

  NO SE LO ACONSEJO A NADIE: CARO E INCÓMODO

  Habitacion muy pequeña, muy mal funcionamiento de wifi, baño pequeño, ausencia de caja de seguridad, falta de lugar donde guardar la ropa, no hay cafetera en habitación ni en recepcion. FALTA DE REFRIGERADOR EN HABITACION. Un precio muy excesivo para demasiadas incomodidades. No hay lugar donde desayunar. Pesima relacion precio calidad de servicios. Habíamos estado en Quality Inn de Phoenix, en Red Roof de Williams previamente. tenian todo lo que este motel adolece y he señalado por un precio muy inferior. Ni que hablar de la piscina del Quality Inn de Phoenix muy bonita Lo único rescatable es que si no tienes movilidad propia es la ubicación muy cerca del centro histórico. Debo agregar que el personal de recepción es amable y muy respetuoso. Es imprescindible que lo mejoren, en estos tiempos no se puede salir de vacaciones y no gozar de las mínimas comodidades. Fue el peor de los 4 hoteles de este tipo en los que me alojé durante este viaje

  Never Again

  So we were in town for a friends bday. We had a friend also staying here so we opted to stay here too. Our friend arrived before us and checked in, we arrived around 5PM. We checked in and let our friend know we had arrived and went to our room. My friend texts asking what room and says make sure they don't give you room 135. Well guess what, we had just entered our room 135. I asked why and she said check the door. I did. It was obvious the door had been kicked in and not fixed. The door pane was still screwed up making the door not shut/sealed all the way and the deadbolt was also destroyed. My friend had been given this room first and didnt feel safe so she was able to get another room 2 doors down. We used the restroom and went to see if we could get another room. We come out of the room and a guy upstairs who is outside smoking calls down to us and says so ladies is that your man's car or are you staying alone? Sweet ride you have there is it yours? Um ok, weirdo. We must got in the car and went to the office and told them the situation. We were told well we only have one more room and it's just above room 135. I said we didnt feel comfortable there and explained the encounter we just had. The clerk was nice, but just described him and we said yes that's him she said yeah we have had some complaints about him, but it's basically just those two rooms. So we canceled and went to another hotel. We told her we did use the restroom in case they wanted to clean it, and she was like nah that's ok, it will be fine, but thanks.I spoke to my friend and she had also used the restroom before noticing the door, and said she never saw anyone go into clean after she left. So not only are they giving out unsafe rooms that they are aware of, but not cleaning after each person either. That is disgusting. I wonder how many people were given that same room before us.

  Horrible experience

  Checked in because I remember staying here 3 years ago and clearly I was mistaken! Within 10 min of opening door to room a man approached me to solicit himself and asking for and offering drugs!!I was mortified and ran to car where my husband was getting bags and I said we are NOT STAYING. Found several people by cars and they had thrown their pillows and blankets over fence . Clearly using substances . I. Aloes front desk after driving to look for another hotel and told her what happened and that I wasnt paying for our stay . You definitely get what u pay for . I was horrible

  Great Bargain, Staff And Service

  This is a Very Good Hotel. The level of service is beyond what they charge. I like to stay here so I can bring my Chihuahua and have a clean quiet work environment. As a former hotel manager myself, I have to say Amanda does an excellent job as one of the managers. Her customer service level is impressive. I also received a call every day to see if anything was needed. What an Excellent idea. The location is pretty good too, just wish I had time to walk the 2 blocks to Old Town. Great job staff!
